Nadelen: I upgraded my seat and I couldn't even recline it. 6 hours in an upright position. If I would if know this I wouldn't of upgraded to that seat I actually would like a refund in this as well. Waste is money
Voordelen: Plane landed at 1511, at Gate at 1525 (a bit slow), I'm through customs (only 50 people in line?!) and at the baggage carousel at 1535 (long legs) and my bag is already there waiting for me!! I'm outside having a smoke at 1538! How do they do it?
Nadelen: Toilets were dirty and not enough toilet papers
Nadelen: Poor oversight by gate staff on limited carry-on luggage space caused departure delay, easily avoided for next time.
Voordelen: Friendly agents . Speak very good English. Swiss airlines serves breakfast croissants and beverages for a short flight without a charge
Nadelen: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it
Voordelen: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Nadelen: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.

Voordelen: They had many snacks and meals. Staff was very friendly.
Nadelen: The dinner taste was not great. Seating is very uncomfortable and small. Really limited on space if seat is reclined in front of you.
Nadelen: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.
Voordelen: Nothing. See below.
Nadelen: Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct.
Voordelen: -maintenance had to fix an issue that the team was not transparent about for 2.5 hours. 0at least boarding happened swiftly -the male crew member was GREAT but the female crew members two of them were very short, rude, and not there to bring comfort to customers -chicken meal was tasty, but made both me and my father sick. Muffin for breakfast was mediocre as well -tv was good, but touch screen sometimes doesn't work.
Nadelen: Boarding was not organized at all. I was sitting in the front yet I got in almost at the end and barely was able to find a place for my handbags. Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional.
Voordelen: Efficient timely.
Voordelen: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Voordelen: My seat was next to bathrooms when everyone start using it start smelling too much very uncomfortable sitting there. Food chicken was very salted, they run out of drinks 10 hours flight dinner served at begging no snacks or anything till 2 hours before landing
Nadelen: At least air fresheners in bathrooms or something better so passengers can sit comfortably
Nadelen: Touch screens were not working well. Required multiple hard taps which disturbed the passenger in front.
Voordelen: What more can you expect for economy travel?

Nadelen: Walking from one terminal to terminal was quite a problem. when the staff are checking before you pass through the security after you arrived form Lagos to Frankfurt was quite rude. I had a electronic boarding pass on my phone for some reason the wifi from the airport was slow in allowing my electronic boarding pass to work and the staff was impatience with me and rudely asked me to get off the line.

The lack of information on passport policies from kayak have made me disappointed on this company and I will not be using it or recommending it in the future. I had to spent over 300$ in hotels and gas to get to Miami to obtain a new passport.
Nadelen: The booking services that kayak offered were not helpful at all. When I booked my flights to Spain the website should have alerted me that I needed a passport with an expiration date of over 3 months. Kayak should have information on travel policies to the countries they offered flights to.
Nadelen: Faultless handling of weather delay, causing missed connection and flight transfer. A well oiled machine, thank you.
Voordelen: Seating is tight. The crew was great !
Nadelen: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.

Nadelen: You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular.
