Nadelen: First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking.
Voordelen: The crew was friendly and polite.
Nadelen: The plane was small, it rattled and shook a lot and the size of the seats is ridiculous. The bathrooms did not have warm water and the sense of comfort is to be found only in business and first class. We fly to Zurich a lot because we have family there and we always take SWISS for a direct flight. They have old planes, the little TVs by the seats may or may not work and although the crew is nice and well trained, they cannot substitute for the discomfort of 10 hours flights in a crammed place. Sorry SWISS.

Nadelen: The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like.
Voordelen: Pleasant staff. Comfortable plane. Second leg from Brussels to Frankfurt was great.
Nadelen: Check in at Manchester was a joke. No signage for Brussels Airlines to start with and no one to help. Long queue, over 1½ hours to drop a bag after checking in on line. Every other airline was way faster. Thankfully, security was relatively quick.

Nadelen: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Nadelen: They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable.

Nadelen: Two hour flight delay without any explanations. On the trip from Orlando to Miami the crew closed the bathrooms and no one was allowed to use them for the entire flight.
Voordelen: Great crew and flight coordination. Everything was very smooth and well communicated.

Nadelen: Going through Customs in Sanford was a new experience for me, kind of tricky, but compared to JFK, it was a cakewalk.

Nadelen: I had a huge passenger next to me who took most of my space the whole time during the flight and ended up hurting my neck and back. I understand it had nothing to do with the crew, but not comfortable at all. Besides, there was no entertainment and even outlet available.
Nadelen: 2.5 hrs on the plane before departure due to last minute technical problem. During long delay, water and small snack given only to the other aisle (not mine). Terrible service.Impossible to buy headsets during long delay. I did not know one is now required to tell online that one wants dinner on the plane. So, no food for me. I had to buy some snacks but most were out-of-stock. Overall very bad
Nadelen: Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available.
Voordelen: A nice comfortable plane and there was plenty of room to stretch out as it was less than a quarter full
Nadelen: Flight was delayed by 90 minutes and switched gates so we had to wait extra long in the crowded airport then missed our connecting flight in Oslo as a result and had to wait another 4 hrs for the next one. No Food or drink on the plane unless you buy it and Checked bags are very expensive.

Nadelen: Had to cancel trip due to avalanche risk and snowed out resort. In order to claim insurance CSA travel protection I need a copy of flight fare rules. But JustFly will not send me a copy of those rules. Some crazy policy that requires I pay $150 cancellation fee in order to get those. If I own the ticket don't I have a right to know what the rules are? CSA and JustFly have created a catch 22. CSA requires something to make a claim but JustFly won't provide it!

Nadelen: We had a 5:35 am flight and the plane was 1/2 hour late to gate. By the time it got there, we spent over 1 hour sitting at gate loaded up waiting for weather to clear. It was fine when it was supposed to be there. Therefore, this was not initially a weather issue. Our connecting flight is 12 hours after Our schedules flight. I have a 1 year old toddler. Customer service rep less than sympathetic personality.

Nadelen: I felt I was badly treated and there was no instruction to what they where checking for. I am very incline to not recommended Lufthansa Airline to anyone. The notification for change of Boarding Gate did not reflect immediately.

Nadelen: The entertainment system was very unresponsive. Sitting was really cramped.

Nadelen: Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct.

Nadelen: Check-in staff on this given day was not at all sympathetic.
Nadelen: You should reconsider your alcohol policy for comfort class traveler,and offer a variety of drinks except beer and basic wine. Moreover ,its not "reasonable" to serve wine in cartoon cups. You should improve your WIFI service,when it is offer.

Did not ask people to have their seats upright during landing. No food or even water for a 7 hour flight unless you pay. Seat uncomfortable. Horrible experience.
