Voordelen: Check in agent was extremely helpful in expediting both me and my bags after a late check-in. Flight attendants very friendly and helpful, food excellent. If Swiss Air flew everywhere I need to go, I would fly them every time!
Voordelen: On board is pretty good except that the seats are pretty narrow compare to our previous experiences. As a reference, I am 5‘3“ and 110 lbs.
Nadelen: Our flight was delayed and the seats were narrrow.
Voordelen: They had many snacks and meals. Staff was very friendly.
Nadelen: The dinner taste was not great. Seating is very uncomfortable and small. Really limited on space if seat is reclined in front of you.

Voordelen: The flight itself was smooth and the crew kept passengers well informed. Beyond that, not much to report it serviced as a mode of transportation but not an experience.
Nadelen: The seats were super cramped, hardly any leg room or elbow room which made it quite difficult to get comfortable for any length of time. The food was unpleasant. The flight attendants seemed very green.
Nadelen: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent
Voordelen: Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge.
Nadelen: I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!
Nadelen: 1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.

Nadelen: Flight was canceled from Newark to Monachium then coming back plane from Krakow was late and I had to spend night in Monacoum . I arrived to Newark on Tuesday instead of Monday horrible trip all together ☹️
Nadelen: Delay of more than two hours caused my booking at the hotel to be cancelled. Not only i lost all my money but have no hotel to stay What is your responsibility on that???

Nadelen: When we checked in, we were told we didn't have seats because the plane was overbooked. We waited at the gate for information. The attendants were curt and not helpful, they told us they had no information. After the plane was boarded, we were finally given tickets with seats and rushed onto the plane. When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience.
Voordelen: The staff was friendly.
Nadelen: This is a really basic airline, without creature comforts. No food or drinks are included, and what is for sale on board, is overpriced. The regular seats are really tight, don’t expect to stretch your legs.

Nadelen: Would not let.me board the flight as my name was booked as Chris and not Christopher. When calling support they refused to change my name as it was 4 hours before the flight....horrible, they cost me a lot of.money!!!

Nadelen: The seats on my flight were very hard. I found it almost impossible to sit through the flight. I normally enjoy flying but find myself dreading the trip home. I am planning to bring an extra cushion to sit on in hopes that it will make a difference.
Nadelen: Snow storm cancelled dozens of flights. I was told I couldn't be rebooked at the airport and needed to call in. Spent 6+ hours on hold. Following day was informed at airport that I couldn't be rebooked by customer service and was given no further options. I bought a ticket on another airline. I'll never fly WOW again.
Voordelen: Very speedy embarkation process
Nadelen: The seats weren’t comfortable, no snacks were offered at all unless you paid for food, & we had to get off the plane in Iceland on the runway & walk to a bus that took us to the terminal.

Voordelen: The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled.
Nadelen: This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu.

Voordelen: Smooth and faster than expected trip. I felt free to get up and walk around on this long flight. Food was good. I sat in seat with extra leg room for the first time and it was worth it

Voordelen: I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that.

Voordelen: I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me.
Nadelen: TAP's stupid rules against my destination. Not faire!
Voordelen: In time. Plane half full. Perfect.
Voordelen: Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again.
Voordelen: It was a rather empty flight so I was able to have space to myself to stretch out.
Nadelen: Everything. We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.
Nadelen: Dinner (entree, salad, shrimp appetizer, roll, and flan) and breakfast (fruit,croissant, roll,meat, cheese) were delicious -- but left us stuffed.Outstanding service. Milk or creme with coffee would have been nice.

Nadelen: Would it be too much to ask for a free beverage for the almost 3 hour flight between Dublin and Rome?
Voordelen: Don’t know how to just give a “n/a” response for food and entertainment. It wasn’t applicable because of such a short flight.
Nadelen: The gal who checked me in for my flight didn’t check my baggage all the way through even though I have a connecting flight with Aer Lingus to LA. However, fortunately, the baggage team caught the error and retagged my luggage properly. By the time I realized her error, they had already emailed me with the solution! Yay baggage team!! Thank you!
Voordelen: Staff was wonderful, food was great! Takeoff was a little delayed but they kept us informed and that was fine. Over all a wonderful experience

Nadelen: I used Kayak to find my ticket and fill out my information (all kayak logos on top of the page and so on). However, when my confirmation email and e-ticket came in, they were issued by Budgetair.com. I had no experience with them and took it to be a reliable website since they were working with Kayak. However, I had to change/cancel my flight because of delayed passport delivery, and this is when everything turned very Ugly! I had to spend an hour over the phone to get connected to an agent with BudgetAir, who disconnected the line within 2 minutes saying: “please hold so I can pull up your information”. This game went on for 6 hours. I tried to connect with the airline directly to make the change, which was not possible since Budgetair had placed a restriction on this ticket. After 6-7 hours, which meant no work for me or lunch because I was sitting behind my desk with a phone on my hand, I got through an agent who was rude and impolite. He took 15 minutes to find flights for the new dates (I did it in 2 minutes on their website), and then told me to pay $315 in extra fess. When I inquired that the prices on your website for the exact same ticket is way cheaper than my original ticket price, he got angry and aggressive. Basically implying that I have no choice to take their offer as is, or let go of my original ticket price of over $2000. Long story short, DO NOT buy from BudgetAir if you like having a peace of mind!
Nadelen: Air Canada continues to underwhelm me. We left the gate 35 minutes late despite having everyone on board. Then off to de-ice where we sat with a truck outside for ten minutes they did work. Nadelen: Poor oversight by gate staff on limited carry-on luggage space caused departure delay, easily avoided for next time.
Voordelen: Plane landed at 1511, at Gate at 1525 (a bit slow), I'm through customs (only 50 people in line?!) and at the baggage carousel at 1535 (long legs) and my bag is already there waiting for me!! I'm outside having a smoke at 1538! How do they do it?
Voordelen: Quick flight. Dlient Service in check-in was excellent, she went the extra mile to change my return flight to a more reasonable time.
Voordelen: This was a very short flight. They gave you a great little snack and drink. Was a very smooth flight and the crew were very friendly and welcoming.

Voordelen: Crew was lovely! Friendly and happy. Well organized and responsive.
Nadelen: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.
Nadelen: Choice of food was very limited as they were missing the food in catalog.
Voordelen: Helpful crew
Nadelen: No food except for purchase. Expected at least cup of coffee/crackers
Voordelen: This particular flight was parked at the closest bay to immigration at Heathrow. So a late boarding and arrival was made early through not having a mile long walk to passport control.
Nadelen: Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins.
Voordelen: So so
Nadelen: But connecting flight is just 30 minutes delayed schedule because of airline benefits. I have to run the gate and I can make it but I heard 2 passengers didn't. I didn't hear this situation. When I ask staffs how about connecting flight to Nice, staffs just told me your flight is ok.
Voordelen: It was on time
Nadelen: The flight was long and inexpect s to be fed. They didn’t provide free food and beverages.
Nadelen: Not enough movie options
Nadelen: Toilets were dirty and not enough toilet papers

Nadelen: Plane was over four hours late to depart! United did keep me up-dated but the reason for the delays kept changing!
Voordelen: United has done a lot to update and modernize their terminals. Easy access to food, charging outlets, comfortable seating, and an open atmosphere made my layover quite pleasant.
Voordelen: The seats were surprisingly comfortable.
Nadelen: Vegetarian selection of food could have been better.

Voordelen: I thought my out flight with Lufthansa would be good but it was surpassed by the return flight with Swiss Based on my experience I believe Swiss should be a 5 star airline as well

Voordelen: The space of the seat is wide. Nice chocolate.
Nadelen: First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking.

Voordelen: On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency.
Nadelen: I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers.
Voordelen: Made up tons of time en route.
Nadelen: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.
Nadelen: 25 min late too much announcements during night flight, especially about duty free items and prices...

Voordelen: My seat was next to bathrooms when everyone start using it start smelling too much very uncomfortable sitting there. Food chicken was very salted, they run out of drinks 10 hours flight dinner served at begging no snacks or anything till 2 hours before landing
Nadelen: At least air fresheners in bathrooms or something better so passengers can sit comfortably
