Voordelen: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Nadelen: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Nadelen: They should have entertainment online at least by the app

Voordelen: On time. Fast boarding.

Nadelen: Eveything was making cracking noise.. walls, chairs, windows, floor etc.. and we flew in to a thunderstorm that could have been avoided if we took a slower root.. but they rather risk ut than being a little bit late... The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy...

Voordelen: Newer plane, crew was amazing, seats were adjustable

Nadelen: Information on arrival time was not correct

Nadelen: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Voordelen: KLM STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Nadelen: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Voordelen: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Nadelen: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Voordelen: New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts.

Nadelen: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Voordelen: Zeer vriendelijke hostesses !!!

Nadelen: Crew (as always with Transavia) is not at its best.

Nadelen: We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again. Terrible planes for Air France and terrible checking in and connecting flights for transavia and Dutch airlines

Nadelen: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it

Voordelen: Our of the budget airlines I've flown, this has been the best. They were upfront about the things they didn't include, and gave you the option to purchase them simply. Crew was excellent and friendly.

Nadelen: Unfortunately, we were about 30-45 min delayed. Wasn't an issue for us, but could have been with a connection. Seats weren't too comfortable.

Nadelen: High school kids ran wild talking screaming standing in aisles and flight crew did nothing to stop all of the noise and nuisance. More like a flying bus than airplane

Nadelen: Last minute switched plan causing much discomfort and confusion.

Nadelen: 3 hours delayed due to a mechanical problem.

Nadelen: Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped.

Nadelen: Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board.

Nadelen: I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

Nadelen: Terrible Connecto in Frankfurt We had to run for 15mn to get our Singapore flight with no help from Lufthansa: poor service

Nadelen: Uncomfortable seats do not recline, no refreshments, barely civil staff. Impossible to add checked baggage online. Checkin staff gave incorrect boarding information.

Nadelen: The flight was slightly delayed and was operated by Smartwings.

Voordelen: The crew was friendly and attentive but really hard to understand

Nadelen: The airport was not well organized some parts very unattractive and lots of walking. The boarding process with the automatic check in was inefficient requiring so many staff. Requiring another security check before boarding seemed redundant and disorganized. Bathrooms were not convenient

Voordelen: Seat was comfortable.

Nadelen: Crew was pushy and unfriendly. Baggage policy is a rip off. Flight was delayed but we were not told until boarding time. No information was available at gate prior to departure.

Voordelen: Movies

Nadelen: Crew was rude to passengers. One passenger asked for extra bread and crew arrogantly commented , we dont give but ok take one.

Voordelen: The AC was working well during the flight. Food was so much better than United and crew was very nice and helpful.

Nadelen: The seats in economy class are horrible, I had to get up every hour for a short stretch. The entertainment system remote control was very sticky, quite disgusting. Good think I carried some disinfecting wipes.

Voordelen: The crew was very accommodating

Nadelen: Entertainment system was old and with few choices

Nadelen: The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel

Nadelen: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.

Nadelen: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Voordelen: The boardin personnel was unbelievably rude..they didnt let us board our very small luggages despite the plane was half empty. When we insisted they started laughing and threathen us of letting us miss our flight,with the attitude ignorants display when they are given a bit of authority

Nadelen: On time boarding, better communication, better amenities. Cheap airline. You get what you pay for.

Voordelen: Everything except ridiculous baggage fee

Nadelen: The fee to pay when I was forced to check-in a carry on size small piece of luggage. 52 euros is a bit insane. I do not mind paying a fee, but that amount is insane

Voordelen: Both of our experience to an from Alicante via Amsterdam has been an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transfers went without a hitch. I would recommend KLM to anyone to fly with.
