The Lake Resort

everything breakfast fantastic and spa so proffesional cant wait to return but i work on a budget so will only be able to go when rates are good

The hotel was modern,well designed and has superb rooms,beds,swimming pools,gardens,spa and location. The staff are generally well trained (with 2 exceptions!) polite,motivated and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and our entire stay was very enjoyable and one of our best ever experiences.

The gym was a bit weak in comparison to the rest of the hotel and could have had better weights and better air conditioning

If you have kids and want to stay on an hotel that has everything for you and your kids, this is the one. Amazing pools (one with sand), garden to walk and relax and a great place for our kids to play.

One thing that i do not like, in this hotel and the other 5 stars hotels, is when we get to the pools, all the sunbeds are with towels and we do not have none where we can lay down and rest. The hotel should have a person to check the sunbeds that have towels but the persons went to their room to relax and remove them so other guests could relax by the pool.
