We konden de fietsen in de tuin parkeren. Hotel is redelijk goed met fiets te bereiken en station ook

Heel vriendelijk personeel, grote mooie nette kamer en badkamer, genoeg badkamerproducten, de venetiaanse stijl, de mooie tuin met terrasje, de bediening, het prachtig ontbijtbuffet aan zeer democratische prijs, de locatie.

Location was good - less than 10 min walk from Santa Lucia station. Staff very friendly. Garden was smaller than photos would suggest but still a nice feature. Nice shower. Canal side tables outside to sit and have a drink in the evening - prices very reasonable.
Room was very small - not what I would call a Superior Double. Breakfast was poor, tables crammed in a small restaurant with little room to move between them.
