Nadelen:: The shower was very unpractical, in was in the bathtub. The breakfast was some days below standards, the eggs looked terrible and the coffee was cold. The management completely ignored our complaints. Staff did not inform us that the hotel was not reachable on Friday and Saturday.

Voordelen:: Great breakfast, well worth paying extra for.

Voordelen:: Goede ligging ten opzichte van de luchthaven, schone kamers vriendelijk personeel.. En vanuit het hotel een goede verbinding met tram en metro naar Het centrum van Toulouse en naar de luchthaven.. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg smakelijk.

Voordelen:: Everything, from the first minute very nice welcoming reception, good food and service in the restaurant and very comfortable bed to nice breakfast. It’s a fresh breath after our previous experience with Balladin.

Nadelen:: The air vent in the room was still there after refurbishment and was open, letting in cold air. Why don’t you just block it?

Voordelen:: Place that is close to the Pupan University Hospital. Car park that is closed overnight (sounds secure). Personnel who recognised me whistle I stay only one time!

Nadelen:: When I arrived on Saturday, there were only a couple of parking spots. Since I have a large (electrical!) car, it was somehow difficult to manoeuvre to park it. But minor problem!

Voordelen:: There was a microwave available for guests to use in the foyer. Staff were friendly. Bed was really comfortable. Shower good. Room nice and quiet, and easy to open the window wide. Lighting good too. Close to bus and train station.

Nadelen:: No easy way to make hot drinks. The machine drinks weren't very good. (It would be great if there were a kettle somewhere for guests to use).

Voordelen:: Niet echt het centrum maar op wandelafstand kom je in een bruisende stad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een perfecte valet service.

Nadelen:: Voor een 5*+ met gescheurde gordijnen in de kamer kan het wel veel beter. Als je een kamer met ontbijt boekt kost dat ontbijt 10€ per persoon. Als je later beslist om een ontbijt te nemen dan kost datzelfde ontbijt 26€ per persoon; dit noem ik platte diefstal en een hotel van deze keten en op dit niveau onwaardig.

Voordelen:: prima locatie, 500 meter van het centrum, metro station bijna onder het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, iedereeen sprak goed Engels. Goed restaurant ook. Een aanrader!

Nadelen:: Lighting could have been better in the living room - very dull and difficult to read anything.

Voordelen:: Prima en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt ! Locatie op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden.

Nadelen:: Als je de prachtige indrukwekkende lobby binnenkomt dan schept dat hoge verwachtingen. Maar het hotel vertoont op vele plekken vergane glorie: In de eetzaal waren alle stoelen vreselijk beschadigd! s'Avonds dient dit ook als (prijzig) restaurant maar het geheel oogt erg armoedig. In de badkamer waren een aantal items scheef opgehangen en waren de deuren door vocht ernstig aangetast. Dit kan echt niet voor een minimale kamerprijs van € 450 (wat bij de receptie staat aangegeven, wij hebben dit overigens niet betaald) .

Nadelen:: Goedkoper ontbijt... Parkeren. Bij boeken stond er betaald parkeren, moesten meer dan een km terug lopen, nadat we zelf een p garage gevonden hadden. Halve centrum lag overhoop...

Voordelen:: Excellent quiet location right off the Jean d'Arc within walking distance of excellent pubs, restaurants, and shopping areas. There is even a Decathlon a stone's throw away. Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable soft yet firm beds.

Nadelen:: The double rooms are kind of small for two adults. There is just about enough space to open a large suitcase on the floor. Wardrobe space is a bit of a squeeze too. No refrigerator in the room. For several days of stay it is a little inconvenient.

Voordelen:: The hotel is close to a subway station. Being a brand hotel, to get what you expect. The lobby was warm and welcoming.

Nadelen:: Onpersoonlijk hotel. Ontbijt zeer weinig keuze. Kamers zijn ongezellig. Sliepen aan de straatkant waar regelmatig mensen langs komen met een slok op. Hierdoor slechte nachtrust. Politie regelmatig gezien om mensen aan te spreken.

Voordelen:: I enjoyed the professionalism and availability. Great place to stay. They also offer opportunities for Business meetings to be communicated largely.

Nadelen:: Since i have arrived it behaved rasist and made us fill up a paper for the police and plus each 50€. I needed to stay there 3 nights until I had the flight after that . It gives us the rooms on first floor next to parking access and their private area. We were tired and needed to rest but the hole time the door with access in the parking was slapped and no limit at least for the night time . In same manner was used in the night time until late ( 3-4 o'clock morning) . Above the rooms they probably have access to kitchen or something because when it was not the noise of the parking access was something rolling in the room above and clinking like use of glasses . We asked polite to let us have the possibility to smoke out next to the parking door since it was next to our doors to not need to go all the way thru the reception and all other people there and it said is only them that have access there but many others were coming in and out thru that door. When I have made the booking the rooms in the pictures wore looking nice and according with the prices they require. When I arrived the rooms wore those that they rent regularly for 50€ I think. After a white night spent in this misery hotel I felt need to go and I require to have the money back for the rest of the nights , which,because of them, it made it difficult for us to enjoy the journey there and they haven't gived us back the money complete just for the last night. And one more thing , at the procedure of refund, to still not give the amount complete ,they said, for 1 night we have payed 140 € first night and the rest 89€ for each night. So we just had refund after they have bathered us the whole time ,day and night,with noises and discomfort ,142 € each because the manager from that day considered it should be payed the next night to instead to just take money for late check out as it was normal in these conditions. I don't recommended .

Voordelen:: Goed en groot bed. Goed ontbijt met veel keuze.

Nadelen:: Gelogeerd op weg naar Spanje. Eerste maal in het hotel. Is een mooi hotel, maar zou beter moeten onderhouden worden. Het is niet zo proper. Bij het inchecken is borg genomen van onze mastercard. De mocht wel eens gezegd worden. Het ging tenslotte over 139 euro. De kamer is afgerekend via mastercard en er is nog eens 4 euro afgegaan. Waarom weet ik niet, want wij hebben niets gegeten of gedronken in het restaurant of de minibar.

Nadelen:: They do not serve any dinner on Sundays. There are no restaurants around there or places to walk. You are stuck without a car.

Nadelen:: Het hotel leek wel uitgestorven. Geen personeel te bekennen, een biertje bestellen was een heksentoer, zeker als je het nog buiten wiltde opdrinken ook. Je kon niet van het zwembad terug in het hotel, anders dan door de voordeur.

Voordelen:: Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. De kamers waren ruim en de bedden en badkamer comfortabel.

Voordelen:: Modern hotel with lots of facilities and plenty of parking. Goods size room and well fitted out. Close to the ring road so good for an overnight stop. At the limit of walking distance into the city centre but there are buses and trams adjacent. There are a few restaurants withing 10 minutes walking distance if you don't want to eat in.

Nadelen:: location. This is not a tourist location if that is what you want. A place to stay if you have a car!

Voordelen:: A pleasant modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms, a decent breakfast and excellent free secure parking. Very good value as long as you accept it is not right in the centre of the city.

Nadelen:: Nothing, although you can walk to the centre, it takes about 30 minutes.

Voordelen:: The breakfast was quite tasty but there were not much to choose from. I would expect much more variety of the products for breakfast. The special heater in the bathroom made my morning. I didn't have such a lovely wake up for a long time. When it's a little bit cold outside of my blanket it's such a nice thing to turn the heater on and enjoy warm air in bathroom. I really liked hotel staff. They were very friendly and tried to do their best to help me with problems I faced.

Nadelen:: I didn't have hot water in my room when I arrived. I found it out only in the morning when I was brushing my teeth and was about to take a shower. It was shocking. Luckily it was fixed while I was having breakfast. There are no refrigerator too. No safe. Trash bin is too small and it's the only one in bathroom. The wardrobe is small too. I was missing quite a lot of things that from my perspective are quite standard for hotel rooms.

Voordelen:: Fijne locatie als tussenstop onderweg naar huis vanuit Spanje. Goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Toulouse is op loopafstand, wel even 20 minuten langs het kanaal lopen.

Nadelen:: Fijn dat parkeren mogelijk was, maar de ervaring was toch slecht. De deur ging niet automatisch open en de receptie reageerde niet op de intercom.

Nadelen:: Niets op te merken.

Nadelen:: very ignorant receptionist. had to carry my own heavy bag up very narrow stairs helped by another female guest while receptionist stayed sitting on his skinny arse.

Nadelen:: Shabby, unclean room looked like it hadn’t been painted in 10 years, floors were disgusting, room was barely big enough to turn around in, heat didn’t work, noisy, and staff (except for woman) were unfriendly. Awful.

Voordelen:: Hotel is dicht bij het station. Daar zijn ook goed fietsen te huren, bijvoorbeeld voor een mooie fietstocht langs Canal du Midi en Canal Brienne.

Nadelen:: Onze hotelkamer en ook de badkamer waren wel erg krap. Het was daar benauwd en echt behelpen.

Voordelen:: zeer goede ligging.

Nadelen:: geen verluchting kleine kamer mogelijk dus verplicht airco te gebruiken. Heel degelijk brandalarmplan, blussers enz absoluut io maar vluchtweg volgens richtlijnen in het raam hangen en laten weten waar je bent als traphal ( enige toegang) niet bruikbaar. MAAR raam is geblokkeerd?

Nadelen:: There isn't any lift but thankfully we were only on the 2nd room. The room was a bit small but I guess you do choose the size of room while booking so that's more my fault. The bathroom smelt funny, but that could have been the cleaning products they used and the shower curtain had stains on the bottom.

Voordelen:: Great location - a few minutes walk from the train station and close to the old centre. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby. Fairly basic accommodation & the rooms were quite small, but clean and serviceable. I stayed two nights which I'd say was about right. Reasonably priced given location etc. Staff friendly & helpful, but did not speak English which (since I do not speak a great deal of French - my problem not theirs) led to some confusion over my booking (which was very helpfully resolved by booking.com I might say).

Voordelen:: Het ontbijt was ronduit karig, accommodatie was redelijk. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding nog wel een voldoende.

Voordelen:: I am neutral on everything. Its 1 * so I didn’t expect anything outstanding. I didn’t realise it was 1* star because I booked it quickly. Its just off the Albi and Bordeaux motorway so its more for people for one night. I brought my dog along with me, a small Jack Russel and they accommodated me and her no problems, just a small fee, 23 euro for 4 nights which included the tourist tax. The bus 110 is 30 seconds outside and the last bus both directions (to Barriere du Paris town and metro) is 8pm. Its 6 minutes away. No 110 on Sunday but bus 29 somewhere but no one knew where. An Uber is 7 euro. 3 day bus/metro ticket is 12.20. I will reiterate, its 1* so do not expect anything other than a place to sleep. No coffee or tea facilities in the room and just a soap dispenser for washing. Coffee and tea facilities and breakfast available for 5.70 in reception. The staff are only there to check you in and out, its expected in 1*. I am happy with my stay. Staff was the best thing about the place.

Nadelen:: I found the bed linen and towels to be fine, clean. The cleaners cannot do anything about the overall quality of the place but they do a good job. I am a very clean person so I didn’t touch anything or step my bare feet on the floors. Its not anyones fault, it is 1* and you get what you pay for. Lack of information about local transport links is an issue for me but the staff tried to help.
