Hotel Imperial Med & Spa

Mooie grote kamer, niet druk, mooi zwembad, op wandelafstand van Kamari maar wel niet langs een aangename weg

hoewel je nietb echt last hebt van de luchthaven, ligt het hotel niet op 2 km van de luchthaven, maar aan de overkant van de weg. De ligging van het hotel op het kaartje is bijgevolg volledig verkeerd. Verder was het tennisveld onbespeelbaar door de maar 1 meter achter de baseline en stond hier ook een goal en basketbalring op.

the spa was closed. It was to far from the town. The staff were unhelpfull and very misserable not a smile from any of them.The beach could have been a lot cleaner.

some of the staff at the pool bar were really nice n friendly. However the front officee(reception) staff were rude and unhelpful. Shame for a nice hotel to have staff who spoil the first impression of such a lovely hotel.

it did not meet the expectation of a 5 star hotel

Liked the pool and beach side. they are fabulous. Ideal for a romantic holiday.

The hotel facilities are quite good to be honest, but has poor documentaion for information to guests. For example rooms are not provided with hotel directory, room service menu, shuttle bus timing etc. To compound it the hotel staff are not very good in english.
