Location is really good, walking distance to all of the main ooints of attraction and also close to the bus station and beach Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, no need to look for too long
Ground floor rooms are very noisy because of the reception being located nearby We stayed for 3 nights and did not get our room cleaned properly, only towels changed and that was it
Coffee/tea supply 24/7
Don't know why but didnt have hot water at night.
Vers helpful & friendy staff at reception desk, really great location - 3min walk to the beach, 5 min to Ha Carmel. A cosy and homy room, fanastic roof terrace with seating area, many plants & seeview, very nice terrace at stepdoor, unlimited use of coffee & tea at the lobby, happy hours (1 free beer per guest). Very very clean!!! Will surely come back again!
The rooftop terrace offers a wide view over the city. Cool place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The free hot drinks in the lobby gives us a hospitable feeling during check-in.
Place is hard to recognize from the outside.
No hot water
People, everyone very helpful and ready to assist with anything that u need
Everything was excellent. Reception staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us, making sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely stay at this Hotel again.
The staff was great and helpful.
The room was quite small, and there is not even a normal wardrobe, where one could place jackets or shirts, there are only few shelves.
Everything was perfect. Clean and cute room. Good internet speed. Good location and friendly staf
Lovely staff and good location.
Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful.
A lot of perfume in the hotel. Seems to be the general thing in Israel though (also in airport shops)
Location very good, the free hot drinks (coffee, tea, etc) at the reception machine. The hotel people were very nice, they explain us everything. We made a very late check in without any problem, they just left the key and send the codes at a key box inside the reception
Small bedroom and old facilities. The fridge was doing intermittent noise during the night (also during the day) that disturb the sleep.
location, very nice staff
The location is pretty good, about 5 minutes away from the beach and the Carmel market. The staff was also very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, they had a lot to be responsive about (we had a bunch of problems with our room). After switching our rooms and all, they did give us a 10% discount.
The facilities in this hotel are in really bad shape. We had to switch rooms three times because the shower door wasn't sealed properly, which resulted in the bathroom being flooded after every shower. The second room we got was even worse, with water leaking from the ceiling constantly. The mattresses were hideous and very uncomfortable. The rooms are badly designed for such a small space and the furniture was old and creaky. Having spent 10 nights there in three different rooms I can attest this is not a coincidence, it's a cheap hotel in a great location. Don't mind the pretty pictures when booking. Travelers, beware.
+ Location + cleanliness + free coffee + good value for money
- very poor soundproofing in the room - no breakfast - double bed had two mattress what was very uncomfortable
Ok location and nice kind guy at reception
Walls were disgusting dirty in the room...no breakfast in the price and a room cost absurdly too much
The property is tiny but very well located and the staff is super helpful
However, the rooms probably need some renovations and there was no hairdryer available
It is a nice hotel in a perfect location. I liked the fact they offer free tea and coffee 24/7. Staff is very helpful as they changed our room to a better one. Good value for money.
It is a basic hotel. No hairdryer in the room. Our first room had a leaking shower and we saw a huge cockroach or someting in the bathroom.
Centrally placed hotel, very friendly staff and all you would want for a B&B style hotel. Free coffee machine always available.
Nothing
The location
My friend and I decided to split - I will do the check in and she will go out to a bar. At the check in, I discovered a flood in the bathroom. I went to the receptionist and he came back with me to the room. His words were “I’m sorry it is like this but I’m afraid we don’t have another room for you. I can wipe it or you can do it yourself”. I was shocked from this that he even offer that I will clean it (I don’t know a hotel where you pay for the service and you need to work for them...). It was agreed that the receptionist will leave a key at the safety box for my friend who was supposed to come back later that evening (because the receptionist is working only until 11pm). Around 3am I woke up because a stranger opened the door of our room and came in (!!!). I was shocked and very scared! This stranger apologized and explained he got the wrong room and that he took the key from the safety box. After he left, I heard he did the same time another room in our floor. Needless to say I felt safe after this incident. I don’t understand how could it be that a guest who’s doing a late check in, doesn’t know his room number and is taking other guests keys from the safety box??? Before the checkout (which is until 11am), the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10:45 and asked when are we leaving the room. At the checkout, the receptionist welcomed us with “yes, what do you need?” Ok, give me the keys. Bye bye”. And this is even before we had the chance to say anything. In addition, the walls are so thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and the corridor. The bed is not comfortable and small. The room and the shower were not clean. The heating did not work at all and there was no option to contact anyone because after 11pm there is no staff in the hotel. I wouldn’t call it a hotel - it’s a rat guest house!!! I will never ever come back there and I advice you all to stay away from it!!!
Great location. Close to beach and to good food spots
very good location, near the beach and near the main touristic hot spots. Sheela at the reception was very helpful, very engaged!
rooms are a little bit old, but ok. Very good value/money relation
The location is ideal. Rooms are a bit small (which is mostly the case in the centre of Tel Aviv), but very new and clean. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but you can have free coffee at any time and plenty of nice places to have breakfast closely. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff extremely kind and helpful. I had some problems (unrelated to the hotel) and they helped finding a solution without charging extra. I traveled alone but it would be good also for families. The best quality price relations I found so far in the centre of Tel Aviv.
All positive about this place: perfect location in the heart of Tel Aviv, very clean, towels changed every day; happy hour beer served; free coffee and tea, very nice and helpful people; real value for money, I will return there for sure
Very good location. Very kind staff. The staff of the hotel was very helpful. Free coffee and beer. Clean rooms. Tal in the reception helped us on everything. He is very kind and he suggested us the best places to visit. Beer garden hotel has to be very proud of its staff. Well done!
The room was a bit small.
Happy Hour
Very good, polite and helpful people at reception. They know english very well and you can talk about everything with them. Free tea and cofee. Hotel is old but clean.
Walls from cartoon, you can hear in your room if somebody pee or talk. That's why I slept bad because of noises and closing room doors at5 - 6am every day.
Good location, clean, clean sheets and towels , excellent rooftop terrace
The female receptionist was always grumpy, unsupportive to us when asking questions aboutt how to move around Tel Aviv and so on.
Staff and Location
All the hotel need to be renovated, and cleaned better
Good value, clean room. The staff is very friendly, location is very good and close to the beach en markets.
No restaurant/breakfast
Good customer service for my late arrival.
The location is wonderful. Short walking distance to all the major sites and shopping. Nice Rooftop area. Free Beer!
No water glass or hairdryer in the room.
Hospiality, service and kindnes of Shelly at the reception was amazing experience. Very helpful with full of recomendations where to go, visit, eat and do in Israel. Highly recomended:)
Bed was very comfortable. The staff beginning with Tal were very friendly and knowledgeable.
There was a a lot of noise in the hallway and the doors have to be slammed in order to close completely.
The location was great, helpful staff.... Walking distance to the beach, the Shook Carmel and King George and Rotschild streets. Parking on the street with the parking application is very reasonable.
The room was a little small however for one night it was just fine.
I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modest, as expected considering the price, but clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed, newly renovated WC and shower, good coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast isn't available, so I arranged to meet friends for breakfast or brunch instead of lunch. Location was good, especially with limited transportation options on Shabbat. The staff was very helpful. I found it online when my previous Tel Aviv hotels were full, and I'll certainly return.
I would have liked some hanging space in the room. I travel with my own hangers (even luxury hotels provide too few) but there were no hooks or rod to hang them. Plenty of shelf space, however.
Great location close to beach and Carmel market. Free beer at check in was great! Nice rooftop.
Poor room isolation, noise from the cleaning lady at 07.00 is annoying after a night out. Parts of the hotel seem to be under construction.
Good location, friendly helpful staff
The room is quite run down, the lights only worked part of the time abd there's a general sense of neglect. There's loud music playing in the floor corridors which you hear in your room. The windows can't be locked properly and there's no safe in the room.
Room was beautifully renovated and was very comfortable and bright. Size was good. The position is excellent - close to beach, market and generally very central.
The shower leaked slightly
Properiti is very nice The place is exellent, staff was very kind, Carmel Market and the many restorants in close near hotel, beachis is very close near hotel.
Everithing was fine, personals was very nice and kind
Excellent staff. Nice outdoor area for Jr Suite
- free coffe, hot water and tea 24/7 - great location - good for a quick, last min stay
- they only gave shampoo, conditioner and shower gel small bottles on the first day. even when we asked, we didn’t get them - staff is not knowledgeable so don’t expect them to help you plan activities - it is not too clean (only sufficiently clean) and some items in the shower & bathroom were broken and kept falling down - the walls are unfinished - works still going on around the hotel
The staff and the workers in reception and a nice room with nice bed!
Staff is great, very helpful and informative. Helped us get familiar with the areas, super friendly. They scheduled our pick up to the hotel which was less expensive than when we got our own taxi to the hotel. Very happy with the stay and service.
The hotel is centrally located, the beach, restaurants, shops and the market are a just short walk away. The rooms are more than sufficiently equipped. The people at the reception are extremely nice.
No parking facilities
Very good location. Nice room and clean bathroom.
We wanted to book an excursion and the lady behind the desk told me she needed the security code of my creditcard to secure the booking. Very weird.. so we booked it somewhere else by ourself. Didn’t feel good.
Awesome place, great service. Very clean! Thank you for everything!!
location and rooftop area. Will be good when free beer on arrival kicks in
very good location, close to market, town and beach. Personnel very friendly and ready to help.
Only the reception stuff.
Place was dirty and I can send photos. I had to chase the reception every day for towels to be changed. House keeping was below zero.
Great location, east check in, nice staff and the room was comfortable.
Basic - If you want something with more facilities, breakfast etc this is not the place for you.
Location! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The front desk reception was wonderful! Friendly and helpful! Loved the coffee!!!
The rooms were small. It’s an older hotel so the bathroom was not perceived as really really clean. Lol! I would have loved a real beer garden!!
excellent location near the beach super friendly and helpful staff
there was very little space in the room and it was hard to find place to fit all the things the shower cabin could use some more solid cleaning (though it was clean in general)
A short walk to the Beach and Carmel Market. Very nice location.
No towel rail in the bathroom. AC unit leaking water.
The location is great 50 mt from alenby and sea side Cost effcetive
Rooms are really small and they can be little more clean. They can start breakfast with eztra charge
Nice and helpful staff, clean room with AC, good location
There could be one more chair and at least a small table in the room.
We liked the staff so helpful, they organized trips taxis , nothing was too much trouble. The room hadn't got a microwave , the staff managed to borrow us one , plus a hairdryer. The room was cleaned everyday fresh towels and toiletries. The beach and shops were walking distance, beautiful restaurants along the beach and jaffa old town. We felt very safe in Tele Aviv and so glad we came, we were made to feel very welcome. Keep doing a good job Beer garden hotel .
The bedroom doors would be better if they had a closing device. Not the hotels fault but some people would slam the doors shut .Got woken up a few times selfish people.
Nice shower and bathroom. Great WiFi. Nice area to sit out front. Safe and fridge in room.
Room was a little small, no desk to sit at.
Really pretty place in quiet and airy street, perfectly situated between beach and everywhere you could want to go. Very comfy beds and staff that is truly committed to make your stay pleasant! Will be coming back!
Before arrival there were plenty email reminders until which date I could cancel the reservation without a fee, which was very nice. Cold water and coffee in lobby around the clock. Nice sitting area. Near to beach and Carmel Market. Easy access after hours with code and clear instructions per mail in advance.
No breakfast included.
Staff really friendly and really helpful. Room and toilet was lovely
No breakfast included
Great location, very helpful staff
Absolutely dreadful soundproofing
location was excellent good value for money in an expensive city. Beds were comfortable and TV a good size
Had to ask for toiletries as they wernt replaced. no tea and coffee in the room.
The staff are very nice & accommodating. They have a tea & coffee facility in the lobby. Overall, we had a good time. The hotel is a walking distance to the beaches, shops & markets.
There were some renovation going on during our stay, ie, patio, main door & lobby but it's not a big deal since its for making the facade beautiful. However, they could improve on the shower stall, glass walls need to be replaced as there is an overflow & creates a messy puddle in the bathroom. Also, you can hear the noise from the corridor, ie people speaking & loud door banging.
Great location! Staff is very friendly.
The hotel is under refurbishment. It made things a little busy
Very nice and clean place, very kind and polite staff. Very big and comfortable bed, great idea the presence of hot drinks and fresh water dispenser in the hall.
There were no place to hang wet clothes and equipment in the room.
Personel was helpful and very kind, in my opinion far above the standards.
Basic room/hotel with fair price. Very good connections with city and airport. Beach nearby
The position
The aircon wasn't working so moved to another room and then blinds were not working so moved to 3rd room where the bathroom door did not close properly.
It took me more than an hour to checkin, furniture is old and dirty, they tried to charge me twice.
Hospitality, value for money
N/A
Great location nice room.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable
Everything is ok. Location is convenient
Only problem was with the old water heater to warn water. It was kind of not used in the recent past. This should be changed
Convenient location to beach, restaurants, Shuk Carmel
Currently under renovation, so a little noise, but overall not noticeable.
The location was great. And the staff were good.
The shower was not very good, the facilities were pretty poor I personally would recommend this as a hostel. Tel Aviv is very expensive so this was a decent solution, but zero frills.
the position the staff kidness the room
check out in time :)
The area is near to the beach
- old and damaged hotel and facilities - highly overpriced, very low standards - dirty and smelly rooms, fungus in the shower - the windows could not be locked! That means that in 1. floor, anyone could have entered my room! - very loud, paper-thin walls and doors (door was also broken) - very loud cleaning personal - could not get any sleep because it was so loud - check the pictures for further impressions - bed lamp was also broken
Cozy,fresch design,very friendly team,excelent coffee,good location.
.
the helpful and friendly staff, the position, comfortable bed, clean room
Nothing that comes to mind
Good location. Studio is very small and no desk for laptop etc if you plan on doing any work. Other than that It was fine. Everyone else who were checking out seemed very happy. The staff were helpful and cheerful.
Bed was uncomfortable (mattress too soft or over used) and the TV was not working.
Good location and comfortable room
When I arrived, I was told that booking.com had not paid the hotel and therefore I would not be getting the keys despite paying for this back in March. The hotel owner was on the phone to booking.com for an hour before it was sorted.
The place was great, and the bed was really comfy!!
Good location, clean rooms, nice staff
Very noisy, you could here everything what was going on in the hotel. Paper thin walls. Rooms were non smoking but smelt like they used to be smoking rooms.
Not very clean the rooms.
The location
They didn’t accept our request for a late check out, at least for one room. We had three rooms!
Good location. Free coffee at the lobby.
Really really small rooms, hardly enough for 2 person. No balcony, no space where to dry your wet beach clothes, no beach view at all (as the booking says).
Location. Few minutes from the beach
I had a smokey room which was a little unfortunate
The good place in telaviv, good stuff and tax for the hotel
Decent budget hotel clean with good facilities close to the town centre and near the beach
The location is perfect, about 2-3 min from a beach, 10 min from the Rothschild Boulevard or Neve Tzedek, easy accessible, the stuff is very kind and supportive, the room - clean and comfortable, the price is just fine. Not a single negative thought. There's free coffee and cold water to drink in the hotel lobby.
Nice location Free coffee/tea/water Free wifi Nice staff
The room was dirty, and we even had used toilet paper under the bed The wardrobe smells awful when you open it The shower leaks water everywhere, turns the bathroom into a pool and they don’t even give you a feet towel The toilet paper hanging stuff is broken The cleaning ladies talk/shout loudly in the morning disturbing our rest There were no curtains in the rooms
The rooms are not too small and well equipped. Everything is modern and somehow elegant. Staff is very friendly. There is coffee and water for free in the lobby and the have a very nice terrace for your breakfast or a beer in the evening. You can everything bring with your and eat and drink it there. Very good!
Nothing.
Great location, close to the beach and main point of interest in town. Everything is within walking distance.
Not enough toiletries. They haven't replaced them during my stay.
The location.
The beds could have been more comfortable. It is like they have seen their best days.
We loved how close it was to the beach and the friendly staff.
The bed was made of two small mattresses pushed together and the big crack in the middle was very uncomfortable. Also, the pillows were very hard.
Clean friendly staff nice room. You can walk to shops and culture sightseeing.
The staff were fantastic. Very welcoming and genuine people. Location is brilliant.
I had cockroaches in my room
Poor overall stay
Location
No parking , hard to get taxi, to much noise very bad swear small . For 95 usd you would expect a bit more . Rooms are Practicly the size of the bed . No place to work or sit . Poor wifi connection at all time .

De sfeer in de kamer, kleine kamer. Uitzicht dicht op een flatgebouw. Flatbewoners konden in onze kamer kijken
Prima hotel voor als je gewoon een leuke week wilt hebben.
Parkeren is lastig.
