Voordelen:: Location is strategic, good breakfast

Voordelen:: The bed was super comfortable which made for a good night sleep.

Voordelen:: 1) Nice location. Plenty of parking space. Close to the all attractions (the beach, shops, restaurants). Izabella Ristorante Italiano is a great Italian restaurant that is in 50 meters. Just do not forget to reserve a table in advance.

Nadelen:: 1) The carpet in the room looked quite clean. However, after a few minutes of playing on it, the knees of our baby became dark. I do not know if it is a carpet color or dirt, but it was hard to wash off. 2) Overpriced (as everything in Tahoe in summer). 3) The breakfast area is too small. I suggest adding more tables outside. The breakfast itself is average.

Voordelen:: Everything was great, location, staff, and very clean room, we did however run out of hot water on a couple occasions

Nadelen:: Could of had more hot water for showering

Voordelen:: Good value for the money. Clean . Within walking distance to shopping and casinos. Pool and spa exceptionally clean. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Beds comfortable.

Nadelen:: Nothing to do with HI . I just don’t care for South Lake Tahoe. I prefer the other side of the lake.

Voordelen:: It was close to everything we needed, rooms were clean and it was nice and quiet

Voordelen:: Ligging vlakbij centrum en strand (waarvoor je helaas moet betalen).

Nadelen:: Vreemde geur in kamer en zag er allemaal wat "onderhoudsbehoevend" uit.

Voordelen:: We hadden een mooie ruime kamer. Ontbijt keuze was prima. Heerlijk zwembad.

Nadelen:: Jammer dat ze niet genoeg plekken hadden om te ontbijten in de ochtend.

Voordelen:: Location was in close walking distance to Casinos and easy to get around town by foot or car. Also received a dusting of snow!

Voordelen:: Close to Heavenly. Excellent staff. Very clean rooms

Voordelen:: The only thing i Liked was the location. In the past years we stayed at this Resort and had better accommodations, but then again I booked directly to the Resort. Since this was my first time using your website it may be the last.

Voordelen:: Spacious accommodation. Neat, tidy and quiet apartment with a good view. Helpful staff attended to our concerns promptly and efficiently. Very convenient location next to Heavenly village.

Nadelen:: Inadequate cutlery in the kitchen. Tendency for the wash basin to not drain properly. Low water pressure in the shower.

Voordelen:: Nice place, Old but functioning and comfortable, parking, location for us was perfect, good free breakfast

Nadelen:: Some very minor cleanliness issues, pool dirty.

Voordelen:: breakfast was tasty, coffee was excellent, staff was amazing location was supreme,the suite was of great size , modest and clean love the comfort of the lobby felt very welcome we will definitely return as soon as we can schedule another mini getaway

Nadelen:: master bedroom window screen can easily be replaced to allow room to vent without the curtain flying out

Voordelen:: Friendly staff. Great location near the village. Nice room. Lovely lobby.

Nadelen:: They did off ‘free’ WiFi, but it was capped at a very slow speed.  To get a faster connection they offered paid rates.  Kind of a shady mislead in my opinion. The poolside needed work. There was remodeling in the nearby rooms. It felt like we were in the middle of a construction zone. There was also an abandoned dirty diaper on one of the deck chairs. At least one employee was coming and going in the pool area and several smoking in the parking lot nearby and they didn't take care of it for the 40 minutes we were out there. Super gross. Especially considering we paid a mandatory $22 "resort" fee during the off season.

Nadelen:: Where do I start. Disgusting, old, run down and charging high prices. Breakfast food was horrible and “cooked” food was over cooked. Pastries were rock hard. The floor in our room was black from dirt. There were spiders and bugs in our room. They had clearly not cleaned our room properly as we found dirty plates under the bed. The spare blanket in the closet was covered in a weird black stain. Our toddler found pills on the ground! ( thank god he handed them to us!) it was obvious no one had vacuumed. What a rip off!!! For the price! The motel 6 down the street is ten times nicer. To even have the word suites in the name is misleading! When I told the front desk about the issues they didn’t seam phased, but asked why I didn’t call them about the pills and plates and blankets...because we found them at 11 at night and didn’t want them coming in or moving us and waking our toddler. Just STAY AWAY. Someone else wrote that in a review and I thought they were exaggerating. They were not! Just horrible. To top it all off We got rashes from their sheets! I have stayed in hotels everywhere and never have I gotten a rash from sheets! This is a 1 star motel at best.

Voordelen:: The location is just a couple blocks from the Casinos, right on the State Line, and a couple blocks from the beach. Both easily walk-able. There is a hot breakfast every morning, and a heated pool and spa. The beds are super comfy, there is a fridge in the room, a microwave in the hall for communal use, and in the building I was in, there was a communal kitchen on the 2nd floor with a full fridge, stove/oven and dishes! Plus! The property is pet friendly! :)

Nadelen:: Covered smoking areas would be nice, and having the microwaves in room would be better than in the hall... but other than that, it was a pretty decent place to stay - nothing fancy, just clean and comfy.

Voordelen:: Breakfast was ok. I was serviced by a very kind lady at the reception upon arrival.

Nadelen:: Room was dirty and shabby, ripe for renovation. There were blood stains on the sheets (noticed only in the morning, but they were luckily on the other side of the bed). Night receptionist was exceptionally rude, when I kindly asked about my luggage which should have arrived in the evening. After that I found it really hard to sleep as I was so angry about the service.

Nadelen:: The mini fridge was right next to the bed which made it hard to walk around the bed. It was very tight quarters.

Nadelen:: Limited Parking. The mini-fridge froze my sodas solid. Thank goodness I had forgotten to put my insulin in the fridge.

Voordelen:: Ligging t.o.v. het meer is prima te doen. Het ontbijt was goed. Kamer was prima in orde.

Voordelen:: Wel schoon! En het ontbijt is prima.

Nadelen:: Kleine kamer. Verouderd. Prijzig maar het is gewoon een duur dorp. Zwembad blijkt in het andere gedeelte.

Voordelen:: The room was small, but clean. It had a few cosmetic issues, but served it purpose. Bed was comfortable!

Voordelen:: It was a great location. Short walk to all of the main attractions in South shore.

Nadelen:: It was absolutely nothing like the pictures I had seen when deciding to book. I was expecting a lot nicer than it was. It wasn't horrible, but compared to the pictures I had seen on the website, it was a completely different room.

Voordelen:: Comfortable bed. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nadelen:: Tiny bathroom, thin towels, and not much offered for breakfast.

Nadelen:: The sheets had stains the beds were worn out and hurt my back bathrooms were not cleaned right the out side looks run down and rooms were not updated like they claim it was the worst I have ever stayed in and for the price it was bad

Voordelen:: Everything, excellent place to stay, great location, very nice helpful staff. Accommodation very clean, facilities excellent. What's not to like ? We love it.

Nadelen:: Booked a jacuzzi room. Indulged in the tub while getting out I realized that the steps had grip tape and might be a little slippery only to hit the bottom of vinyl floor slipped fell and hit my head violently. Told staff it might be a good idea to place a rubber mat at the bottom of floor. I had a huge goose egg on my head for a few days. Staff kinda seemed disinterested like ok yeah whatever. Probably won’t stay again. Location in back of motel seemed shady but it’s what you get for going cheap. Breakfast was not what I expected

Nadelen:: The staff. Called to see if they could fix the problem an wanted the fire place to work for her an they said they couldn't do nothing. Also couldn't check in till 3, thought that was a bit early

Voordelen:: This hotel was close to everything but far enough from the busy streets.

Nadelen:: If you are on the first floor, you"ll hear every movement from the guests above you. If you don't like english muffins , cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, it's best to pack your own food.

Voordelen:: Location, location, location. Close enough to the main drag that everything we needed was accessible in moments, but far enough from it that the noise wasn't a problem.

Nadelen:: There was a very weird dichotomy going on. State of the art tablets showing activities, etc., but the floor of the shower stall was getting ready to fail. There was clear evidence that a repair had been made inside the wall to the shower fixture, but instead of closing up the wall, spackling and repainting, as a professional job might have been done, there was a plastic plate stuck on the wall on top of it (with the cut line in the drywall visible above it). The carpeting on the stairs up to our room on the outside of the building had worn holes in it on every step. The window blinds wouldn't close all the way so the light from the landing outside partially shined into our room all night, and when my husband woke up suddenly at 4:45am, he got up, thinking the sun was already up.
