Staff very attentive and the pool area was beautiful

It's very elegant and the grounds are beautiful.

This hotel is fabulous but they don't get the value of customer loyalty. I was "upsold" for an addl $150 a better room that included a $50 breakfast. I had breakfast the next morning in my room and was billed for the breakfast as it was in my room (although the breakfast was under $50.) It was not disclosed that in-room breakfast was not part of the deal and they placed an in-room menu on my bed in the evening. They would not budge on the bill. Felt like a real rip-off! Ruined the entire experience and I doubt I will be back, which is unfortunate for all.

Very hospitable reception with very friendly staff throughout all parts of the hotel. Excellent breakfast with great views over Singapore.

Efficiency of hotel, usage of Horizon Club, swimming pool, lots of outdoor areas/gardens, city oasis, proximity to Orchard Road

The room could have been a bit bigger with updated decor for the price, but it was still very clean and functional as we tended to be out most of the time

The swimming pool was fantastic - we really enjoyed it., Entry foyer very impressive and luxurious,Enjoyed taking tea there & chatting with the trainee hostesses.Loved the glorious orchids everywhere, polite staff and great food selection. It was a wonderful touch of pampering.

We wished we had a more comfortable lounge and cushions in our room.It was a bit hard!!! (Is that a complaint? I hope you get to sit on the couch!!)
