PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

aangeboden upgrade pas na klacht gekregen, internetkabel op hotelkamer was stuk.

Location is right on MRT Esplanade. Easy commute to Marina area, Gardens by the Bay and distance from orchard road.

Hotel room is not modern, a bit old even though after the renovation. Drinking water provided in the room is limited, needed to ask for more every day House keeping keeps changing the spot I put my stuff.

Room had great view of city was clean but had to request to move rooms because the first room smelled stale of moldy cigarettes. We were then moved to non smoking and it was worth the inconvenience although the view was less interesting. Staff was aware of stale smell and did help accommodate. Nice bathrooms. Overall architecturally interesting late 80's hotel... Will not return.

I am asthmatic so right when we settled in I couldn't stop noticing the stale smell. We also had just landed in SG so tried to check in 30 minutes early and our reservation did not show up until 2 pm. The staff was not the most attentive and the hostess held on to my phone for about 10 minutes.

Far overrated 5star hotel

Dark hotel, slow service/checkin, old hotel, outdated rooms in poor condition, noicy hotel due to the design of the hotel with. Music from the loby goes straight to the 11th floor inside the room! Old bathrooms.... In short a BAD experience
