Prachtig hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten. Ontbijt prima en vlakbij Santa Maria (10 minuten lopen).
In de badkamer waren de tegels beetje verkleurd. Ook kon er tussen de douche en de glazenwand opnieuw gekit worden. Verder was alles perfect

Great breakfast, great location and facilities. One of the best beds I've slept in a while. The rooms are lovely and has everything you need. Was very impressed by the quality of the Internet service, specially in Cape Verde. Staff from the pool bar are just great!
Very poor attention to detail and very inconsistent staff, some are great some are just terrible. The worst in my opinion is the front desk. Badmouthing clients in Cape Verdian creole....unlucky for them I understand and speak Creole. Very very bad attitude, almost like they are not working in hospitality in one of the top chains in the world. Complementary items in the room were almost never restocked and every time I would ask for them to be restocked they would say that they would do it but 90% of the times I would have to go and look for someone from staff to get these. The Bounty restaurant is terrible during the day and great at night, not the chefs (those are always great), but the staff. This was my first and last stay in Hilton, the price is just not worth it.
