Nadelen:: The hotel is under renovation. Expect to wake up at 7 am to construction noise. Also on Saturdays, even though they tell you it's Monday - Friday. Generally poor sound proofing hallway / room, even without the construction. Air condition unit was noisy as well.

Voordelen:: Het uitgebreide ontbijt met uitzicht op het strand is fantastisch , ook het ( king ) bed sliep goed , een mooie ruime kamer met badkamer

Nadelen:: We hadden om een paar extra handdoeken gevraagd omdat er maar voor ieder 1 grote en 1 kleine was , ook niets voor op de vloer in de badkamer , de schoonmaakster wees ons direct op dat dit standaard was en zei okay , toen we later terug kwamen lag er niks extra . Ook hing er een sterke rooklucht ( sigaretten ) als je de kamer binnen kwam in een soort keuken met living , gelukkig rook je dit niet op de slaapkamer. We hadden het vermoeden dat de schoonmaakster(s) hier misschien even stiekum een sigaretje roken . Niet zo netjes want als niet rokers ruik je dat direct.

Voordelen:: Great location. It is about 10 seconds walk to the beach. A bit more if you have to wait for the traffic lights. To Olinda with an Uber about 30-40 minutes and I can recommend Olinda. To old town is 20-30 minutes by Uber. About an hour to Porto de Galinghas by Uber. Staff at reception is friendly and speak English well. There is a big shopping mall at about 10 minutes walk including a large food court. There is a supermarket with international ATM at 5 minutes walk. I felt safe at the area of the hotel also in the evening. Breakfast is ok. Room is very large/spacy. Lots of space. There is a nice swimming pool and terrace. There is a large fridge in the room. Menu in the restaurant is available in English. There are some nightclubs in the area of the hotel, unfortunately I did not find any pubs near the hotel.

Nadelen:: Large hotels like this one have enough resources to really make something excellent of it. So I always have a bit more critics at such hotels especially because you often pay a premium price. -Toilet was cloaking during all my stay. Cleaning staff must have seen it. It was not fixed during my stay I had the problem every day. -Bathroom is outdated really needs renovation. Everything is old in the bathroom. -Room did not feel really clean (walls/chairs) -window is not soundproof noises from outside come in regularly same as from the hallway. -Often lines at the lift system. A/C can only be set at pre set values. Check-in procedure can take a while.

Voordelen:: I loved the staff, very professional and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The facilities are quite good! The breakfast is lovely. Wish they had more traditional foods like: cassava, cuzcuz and things like that.

Voordelen:: The food was good. Though dinner was slow, I can’t remember having a better piece of salmon. The room was well cleaned and the staff was very helpful.

Nadelen:: The room is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures. Though no one said it would be safe to do, we were warned against walking the streets at night.

Voordelen:: De locatie bij het vliegveld is erg praktisch. Verder is het hotel standard, bedden zijn ok, maar niet heel comfortabel. De kamer is wel netjes, modern en schoon. Het restaurant is niet hoogstaand, het ontbijt is wel goed.

Nadelen:: We moesten 1x avondeten in het hotel, maar de keuze was niet groot en de kwaliteit ook niet zo goed.

Voordelen:: De locatie tegenover de vertrekhal is erg praktisch, de kamer is netjes modern en schoon, maar verder standaard.

Nadelen:: De bedden hadden beter gekund en ook het avond eten in het restaurant.

Voordelen:: Het hotel had een leuke sfeer en in de lobby was genoeg te doen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en beschikbaar over een ruime periode. Vrijwel direct gelegen aan het vliegveld. Kamer was schoon en goed verzorgd.

Nadelen:: De afstand naar het drukke gedeelte waar van alles te beleven is was wat langer dan verwacht. Echter ligt het wel direct aan het vliegveld dus dat is een keuze die jezelf maakt.

Voordelen:: Extremely clean and neat. Breakfast was very good and they have a free transfer for the airport which is perfect for who is in transit. Staff is very friendly

Voordelen:: The location and some staff from the restaurante. Comfortable beds and rooms with a view. It’s perfect if you just need a place to sleep.

Nadelen:: The rooms are too old. The bathroom too simple and old.

Voordelen:: The breakfast was nice, but in a closed room with no windows. They give many options to choose from which is super nice. They have pleanty of fruit, vegetables, cakes, bread, etc.

Nadelen:: The room was poor and not as in the pictures. We found our bathroom dirty and very poorly cleaned. The sheets seemed dirty as well, windows not cleaned for years, which is quite bad if you have a nice sea view. We had the feeling that the property needs a lot of renovation and that it was not mantained well.

Nadelen:: The staff, with the exception of few (Dulce and other I dont have the name), treated us with impatience, bad faces, lack of amability, sheer coldness. Sheets were not full cotton, they were cheap and not comfortable; we had to ask for another bath towel , since they gave us only one (for 2 people); towels arrives, but were damaged (ragged); no coffee or tea in the room; no iron, no iron board; no reading lamp by beds sides!!!

Nadelen:: The hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. When I checked in l, nobody showed me to the room, receptionists and stuff are more focused on themselves than on guests. One may have the impression that one is intruding. The whole atmosphere of this gigantic, badly decorated and sad hotel is depressing. Not the quality and vibe one may expect from Radisson brand. There is huge room to improvement. In the morning various maids come to the room to offer various services. Who does that? Absolutely overpriced.

Nadelen:: Er is geen hotelshuttle vanaf het vliegveld. Er wordt in het portugees gemaild.

Voordelen:: Wij hadden een Superior Suite geboekt. Wat we kregen was een erg ruime, schone kamer met balkon met zeezicht. Problemen bij het inloggen op het wifi-netwerk werden door de receptie snel en klantvriendelijk opgelost. Erg goed ontbijt. Het hotel beschikt ook over een goed restaurant Nabuco wat erg handig is omdat het in Brazilië 's avonds niet overal veilig is op straat. Het hotel ligt op een kwartiertje rijden van de luchthaven in Boa Viagem de bairro nobre, dat is een stukje van het historisch centrum verwijderd. Maar met de taxi ben je er snel en goedkoop, ook Uber is in Brazilië erg populair en nog goedkoper. Bezoek zeker ook het historisch centrum van Olinda!

Voordelen:: Good location, good bed, good breakfast, reasonable prices. Solid hotel choice in Boa Viagem. I had the room for 80 euro per night. The 9.2 score is based on this price quality ratio.

Voordelen:: Hotel had everything you can wish as a tourist. Beach was just across the street. Breakfast was very good. Safe location, even at night time. Great ocean view from the 19th floor.

Nadelen:: At times it was very noisy, door slamming, sometimes even at sleeping hours.

Voordelen:: Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Location was excellent and beach views gorgeous!

Nadelen:: Rooms were not well enough soundproofed. We could hear people in the hallways at night.

Nadelen:: Renovations. As with anything a hotel also needs maintenance. Which is fine. Work would be carried out between 8 am to 6 pm according to a letter under the door. At 22:30 the work is still continuing next to occupied rooms. Multiple calls to reception to ask the work to continue tomorrow do not help. Work, talking and phone calls simply continues and solid night rest of guests is of secondary importance. Room has issues too. With wind the door and windows rattle loudly. Water also comes in through the window frame with rain storms.

Voordelen:: The rooms are big, but the bathroom a bit small.

Nadelen:: The breakfast was ok and very crowded. I expected more.

Nadelen:: The shower was broken. The fridge was empty. Ordering anything from the restaurant takes hours to be delivered.

Nadelen:: Con: our room(2102) looked like it was painted by an 8 year old!the maintance ( atleast in our room was substandard! Also housekeeping showed up to clean our room at 4:40 pm!!!!

Voordelen:: The situation is good, near to the beach in a calm side road. The bar and restaurant area is pleasant with lots of trees and places to sit. The food in the restaurant is good quality and not too expensive, the bar and restaurant staff are helpful and professional. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Nadelen:: Mix up at check in : we had paid extra for a balcony and were offered two other rooms without a balcony before the problem was solved (and only after complaining a bit). We were unable to use the WiFi on our last day after checkout as it was automatically cut off which made contacting taxis and friends very difficult. Lots of staff at reception but we waited a long time for certain things to be sorted. Our room had a leaky roof and mould on the ceiling.

Voordelen:: Hotel is very good. Room was comfortable. The pool area is very nice. The bar and restaurant offer good choices and reasonable prices. Free parking at the front is a plus. Staff is helpful and friendly. Place is near Shopping Recife (10 min walk) and huge supermarket (Bom Preco=Walmart). Would recommend.

Voordelen:: The Parking is a great option and seemd well organized. Great Breakfast Buffet Options and the Pool Area looks like the Pictures.

Nadelen:: The Rooms are comfy and clean. But the Bathroom is so tiny. There was a window above the Bed but rather keep the Curtain closed as the View is not that plesant. Checkin/Checkout Staff and Porters and Restaurant Staff dont seem to be the most friendliest People in Brazil.

Voordelen:: Breakfast is great, the room is fine for 3, with a nice TV and internet service. pool looked great, although i did not jump in.

Nadelen:: This hotel is a dump, there were very limited options to stay in Recife during the world cup so ownership took advantage of this. The rooms were small, old beds with just one linen and one cover, shower was disgusting and no hot water. Breakfast was decent, but bistro was smelly and dark, it was depressing, the whole property was like that Most of the staff was friendly, none of the them speak english, some spoke a little spanish but they tried to communicate with a great attitude, with the exception of a dark haired lady, I asked her a couple of very simple questions and she snapped back with a resounding, " nao sei",she seemed to be very upset to have a hotel full of real tourists, maybe she missed all the prostitutes that work in the corner and that must be the regular clientele of this establishment It is a shame the owners of this place did not spend a little money to clean it up for an event like the world cup. I'd would be ashamed to have guests from all over the world in a place like this

Nadelen:: No breakfast. There is No Bistro. Bed hard. Air conditioning too loud to sleep. Everything old. Minibar empty. No warm water to shower some days. Walls not soundproof, Next door guests sound like they are in my room.

Voordelen:: Great location: A good self service restaurant just across the road, the beach is just two blocks away, super market, banks, money changer, beauty parlor, restaurants are all just a few minutes walk away. Red light district right next to the hotel. Bus stop just across the road. Room 123 was very quiet as it faces the interior. No outside noise. Never heard any noise from other guests. Good, strong light in the room. Good wifi in the room. Ac worked very well. Good shower. The bed was ok.

Nadelen:: There was a slightly uncomfortable smell of urine in my room. The ac was quite noisy. I was only allowed to bring one visitor.

Voordelen:: Staff was great, our room was phenomenal and the facilities were awesome. Very clean and cozy.

Nadelen:: There was a small water leak in the bathroom, the floor was a bit wet. Also, the drain in the shower was kind of clogged, the water would accumulate but not enough to overflow.

Voordelen:: The staff is kind and responsive and room services including cleannisess are excellent.

Nadelen:: The internet connection is terrible! For a hotel hosting business travellers this is a major issue. The air conditioning is extremely noisy, according to the technician it was expected to have such loud noise when the air is directed to the bottom. The available of food for breakfast is very limited.

Voordelen:: Quiet rooms on upper floors, good elevators, good room service, excellent hot water and showers, excellent bed, comfortable work space in room, with plenty of electrical outlets.
