Prachtige kamers in een ongelooflijk mooie stijlvolle accommodatie. Zwembad en lobby waren ook prachtig. Prima ontbijt
Afstand naar het strand is 30 minuten lopen (het huren van een fiets of het nemen van een taxi kan ik aanbevelen).

Mensen bij de receptie en overal zijn zeer behulpzaam! Was gewoon goed verblijf!
Het is natuurlijk gedateerd maar dat is ook wel Mexico style dat is juist de charme van een hotel als deze!

They keep your ID to get in the playacar zone and then ask you again for an ID to do the check in. If you dont have 2 ID's they dont give you any option. They can comunicate but still they dont care.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. We had to stay a few days extra in Playa del Carmen because I suffered a knee injury and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They ordered us taxis all the time, constantly brought ice to my room, and went above and beyond to make the stay so much more pleasant. The rooms are incredible, the breakfast was superb, the pool area is great for relaxing with a nice view of the golf course. We are so thankful and would recommend anyone to stay here.
