We had a great stay at Pure Salt. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is is right in the beach and our room had great sea views. Excellent breakfast on the patio over looking the sea. The roof top bar and pool is a great place to see the sunset.

Cleaning lady is very nice. Breakfast is very good. All is perfect!

Very close to the beach! Walk out of the hotel, and it’s just across the street. There are three restaurants affiliated with the hotel. In close proximity to grocery and other restaurants and very close to the airport. 12 min cab ride cost about 20 euro. There is a bus you can take, but it didn’t work well with our flight time. The bus wasn’t running early enough. You can also take the local bus into town for 1.5 euro. Super convenient. The pool wasn’t as nice as other hotels we looked at. Breakfast was included in our stay, however this wasn’t our original booking that included half board. But our original hotel, HM Tropical, didn’t have a room for us when we showed up! Salt hotel accommodated is at the last minute due to HM Tropical fail, and we immediately realized that staff and accommodations and the way they treat you make a 5 star hotel, not the pool.

Pool could be updated. High priced compared to other hotels.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was as close to American style as you can get being in Europe.

The pool was a bit small and for the price per night, you'd think the beach umbrellas would be included. At €50 a day, I highly suggest you purchase a cheap umbrella or 2 at one of the shops. I think it's a bit pricey overall.

The rooms are not sound proof at all. You could hear the neighbours talking and the cleaning staff in the morning.

Hotel is nice, but we didn't really enjoy Playa de Palma area, which is more like a german beach. We did not feel like we were in Spain (almost all is written or spoken in german, and lots of restaurants are german too). No offense to german people, but we wanted to go to Spain, practice the langage and eat great spanish food :)

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing , we had an early flight and they sorted a suite out for us ( room 501 )on the fifth floor with amazing views spa bath one of the best rooms we have stayed in the breakfast was really nice and the staff couldn't do enough for us .

There was a problem taking the payment twice which was over £1100 ,but that was rectified promptly through reception.

Highly recommend. Amazing view. Great location, beach is right in front of property. Very easy access to beach. Room was incredible, very spacious, modern and clean! Staff were very lovely especially the man from reception who waited for us till 1am to check us in. He didn’t hesitate to take our bags up and guide us through our room. Bed super comfy as it was two seperate mattresses.

I thing there are not enough sunbeds on the terrace next to the swimming pool. You have to pay if you want to take a bike from the hotel.

De kamer was heel netjes, goed schoongemaakt. Mooi uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt .Vriendelijk personeel.

Het matras van het bed viel enorm tegen, de veren van het bed waren heel goed voelbaar, daardoor werd ik s'nachts wakker van de pijn in de rug. Voor een 5 sterren hotel vond ik dit een enorme tegenvaller. Heb toen met alle overige kussens een matras gecreeerd op het andere matras, dat was een stuk beter, maar nogmaals voor een 5 sterrren hotel vind ik dit ZEER SLECHT!

Prima service van het personeel, prima restaurant met heerlijke tapas en paella. Welkomstdrankje en water en koffie op de kamer zijn inbegrepen.

De spa is in badkleding en bezoekers hebben geen idee dat er eerst gedouched moet worden. Je krijgt ook maar 1 handdoek, dus iedereen zit op het hout. beetje vies.
