Globales Santa Lucia Hotel - Adults Only

Traveled alone to visit family staying elsewhere in Palma Nova and not once did I feel conspicuous by being on my own in the dining room or by the pool. This is an excellent, friendly hotel that definitely exceeded my expectations. Location is fabulous ... slap bang in the middle of two amazing beaches. The view from the pool and upper solarium deck are just perfect. Can't wait to visit again ... might even take my other half next time!! ;)

Arrived off an early flight and got to hotel at 10.30am. Was told the room would be ready between 12 and 2pm. Dozens of us had to wait until 4pm before we got access to our rooms, so really a whole day was wasted! It would be good if there was a system in place to clean the rooms first that had people waiting to check in to them. But on checking the room I had been allocated (several times between 12 and 4pm) it just appears to be a 'start at one end/finish at the other' cleaning policy. If you're arriving early, perhaps pack a separate 'poolside' bag on the top of your case.

The location of the hotel and the facilities were super. Food choices and variety excellent. Cleanliness was very high!

Unfortunately I felt like the reception and dinning room staff did not go above and beyond in there efforts. There was at no point any rudeness, however I feel that they definitely could have been friendlier and definitely more professional, in there approach to the guests! Disappointing....to the point that we actually took ourselves out of the hotel for our evening meal and entertainment!!

The beds and pillows were so comfy. The staff were friendly and rooms spotless
