Room safe didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. Flat screen tv had snow..Calls to operator went unanswered..No one corrected issues. Floor near bathroom entrance had depression exceeding 2”. Housekeeping could not supply all towels. Washcloths missing for two of 4 days..
Was better than my last stay, I'll be back soon

Good Location and the check-in process was easy.
There are a lot of things that did not meet my expecations. First being that there was no parking, in which, I already exprected. Online they adverise that the hotel was newly renovated...lies. When I go to my room it was in less than satisfactory condintion. When I asked about it the attendant was rude and said it was because it's with a third party vendor and I didn't ask for a premium room. How was I to know the difference if it was advertise the hotel was newly renovated. Then the attendant who claimed he was acting mangager wouldn't even give me another room that I would have been more comfatable in. I was very disgusted and disappointed.
Reception was not as helpful as I would have hoped. Sent me to my room without explaining the maze I would find, which caused me to have to return downstairs to obtain guidance from the concierge. The furniture is in dire need of change. It's noticeably old, scratched, and in bad shape. The rooms need to be better cleaned. They are excessively dusty. The wallpaper is falling off the walls. The air conditioner did not have a cover over the vent, thus dust accompanied the cold air. The windows did not have curtains. Instead there were old blinds through which the sun entered the room at 6 a.m., giving me no other choice but to get up at that time, despite the time that I went to sleep. In all honesty, if I had to do it again, I would not stay there.

Staff was very friendly
I was on the tenth floor and there was a lot of elevator traffic. Entire hotel had only two, very small elevators that were operational. Two were out of service. At times it would take 20-30 min to get in and out.

Run Down with Rude/ Racist Staff
The only thing I liked was the fitness center that I didn't know they had.
The front desk lady Mirian is extremely rude and racist. The hotel is in bad condition. The rooms smell of cigarettes/ mold. The water takes 15 minutes to get hot. The phone doesn't work throughout and it really is just a pathetic place to stay. Cheap can be expensive
