Nadelen: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Voordelen: Was put in German Airport jail

Nadelen: See above. United sold me a ticket they knew would get me sent back after being detained

Nadelen: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Voordelen: The crew was amazing

Voordelen: Place was clean; crew was nice and attentive

Nadelen: Seats are small and uncomfortable for long haul flights

Voordelen: Very friendly crew, very clean cabin, very comfortable seats

Voordelen: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Nadelen: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.
