De gerenoveerde kamer op de 3e etage was prachtig, mooie lobby, waanzinnig goede deal voor zo'n tophotel. Er schijnen ook minder mooie kamers te zijn, hadden wij in eerste instantie geboekt. Maar na bijbetaling van 6 euro kregen wij dus deze mooie kamer.
De lokatie....geen restaurantjes in de buurt (je kan wel eten in het hotel). Het hotel ligt net niet op loopafstand van bijv. de Merdeka.

Staff are well meaning, but seemed uncertain surrounding protocol.
We received a complimentary drink on arrival, but one glass had a lipstick stain on... Room was dated with stains on carpet, hair everywhere and a bathroom not up to standard. Completely unacceptable for the Mercure name. When we ordered their cocktail of the month, it took over 20 minutes to arrive despite us being the only people in the lounge. It was not worth the wait. Fitness suite was ill kept and outdated.

location was good & breakfast was reasonable good. The staff and the hotel lobby was clean and comfort
The hotel AC was not cold even in the common area like lobby was stuffy and the AC in the room 0827 was not cold and sweating all night. The bed was broken I have to inform the house keeping to sort it out for me which they did but never expect this from a 5 star property. The room bathroom was dirty it need a good scrub and polish, over all the room sucks. Not recommended
