Friendly staff
Central London so high prices £30 per head for breakfast? Rooms ok but at £450 for a double, I expected a little more .

The staff was very friendly. I would like to thank the hotel as they allow us to have early check-in on day of arrival. The room was very clean though there was no much space. The hotel was just few steps away from St james underground station. Definitely whenever I come to London it will be my choice.

Breakfast was great, executive lounge on our first night was very busy, with lots of children and inconsiderate parents, so there was no where to sit. Taxi's were also readily available, but if you are on a budget the underground is opposite
I had messaged the Hotel prior to our stay, stating it was our Wedding anniversary on the 21st. But the was nothing extra, not even a Happy Anniversary...bit disappointed

Location in central of London is perfect for tourist. 5 minutes to Westminster Abby/Parliment/Big Ben and 10 to Buckingham Palace. Great staff especially people in Bar from Portugal. Room was just fantastic and great new bathroom. Bed was perfect.
Afternoon and evening concierge was not helpful and gave poor advice on restaurant.
