I stayed for two nights here. The sink pipe was leaking which is right beside a refrigerator. So couldn’t use it at all. Even in the restroom’s water tap wasn’t good either. When I turned it up to use the tap... the tap water poped up to everywhere. It really needs to fix. Also I could’t sleep at all. I heard some of the house keeper kept coming to front of our door and talk a lot. Also she talked with a guy from #702 in the hallway. And she kept closed some door very loudly. SMH....I requested quiet room when I reserve the room left it on the memo, and I told the clerk again when I check-in too. It was really matter to me lol But my room was just middle of hallway I meant its okay with the hallway or not, if its quiet. I had stayed Holiday Inn a lot whole over the world but this is the worst one for sure. My cat sneeze a lot from the dust under the beds. I can even see the dust cuase the beds frame were weried just with the legs old style. But worst things was the sink and The water tap. I didn’t want house keeper to come into my room to fix it due to the COVID 19. It has to be all set or done before rent the hotel room not after rent and come into the room while guests are staying in the room. This hotel crew needs to listen what guest requested something I saw left sides of the hotel room was empty almost of it. I understand if the customers stayed same floor or near by that makes your house keeping easier to clean but during the this situation needs to consider before rent the room well. Some of front desk clark tried to change the room but I didnt want to pack up again to move I was really tired also my cat got used to that room which we slept one night already. And its only one more night left to stay so I didn’t changed. I was gonna just skip to leave the review but the sink pipe and water tap makes me so mad mostly the house keeper she was so rude I said to her thank you but she just walked away lol that was the worst.

The staff was nice and I could tell they were very serious about keeping themselves and theirs guests safe from the virus. I forgot to pack toothpaste and someone from the front desk kindly brought it up.

There was something stuck on the dresser that looked like wax or possibly cheese. They could have spent a couple minutes cleaning that before check in. The shower reminds me of a hospital room. There is no tub just water drains on the tile floor.

During challenging times I was...

I liked the location, it was close enough to the hospital and restaurants.

I was in London for 1 week because my husband had open heart surgery, I was only allowed to pick one day to see him due to COVID and was working from my hotel room. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to rent a microwave let alone for $10/night. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns and a microwave was always included in the room. My stay was for 6 days and was working from my room with no access to a microwave unless I went down to the lobby which I didn't have time to do. The staff were not willing to accommodate at all, they were not friendly. A week prior to that I stayed at the 4 points hotel close to the Holiday Inn, they were AMAZING, they went above and beyond for me, my biggest regret was not rebooking with them.

Not enough security cameras around the building. My vehicle got broken into and thousands of dollars were stolen in tools.

Room size and layout

Just didn't like that there was a noisy morning neighbouring room early in the morning with loud music.

The location was good. Close to shopping and restaurants. The front staff was mostly pleasant though misinformed.

When we checked in we were told the complimentary coffee, tea AND breakfast bags were just around the corner from the desk which to us ( and literally anyone else in the world) implied they were all complimentary. We went down the first morning and grabbed our breakfast bags but were called over an hour later and told they were $6 each. we had already consumed them ( well whatever was edible, which wasn't much) so I had to allow them to add $18 to my bill which was a huge waste of my money. The restaurant was not open which was unfortunate and caused me to spend hundreds on meals that I would not have had to otherwise. The pool was supposed to be open all weekend, but they did not open it until Sunday and only after we called and made them open it almost an hour after the opening time. When I went to the washroom there was someone else's dark curly pubic hair just chilling in the soup dish. It was disgusting.

I was upgraded to a king suite, which was spacious.

The staff did not enforce the mandatory mask law at all. There were guests going in and out of the hotel, in the lobby and the elevators not wearing masks. None of the staff ever said anything. We’re in a pandemic. It should have been enforced.

The pool was nice but very awkward since the showers are accross the lobby. Nothing to set your clothes on . But the pool itself was nice.

Elevator scared us. Door did not always open when you expect it. My wife refused to keep using in and we used the stairs (our room was on the 6th).

Stale smell right when we walked in. Opened the windows, i sprayed perfume as it was all i had to remove the cat pee stale smell. Beds lumpy and hard. The AC needed resetting when we walked in. Called maintenance, took 45 minutes to arrive. We were wanting to go see DT London, had to wait. He walked in, looked at us, i said thank you for resetting it, as i was afraid to do it myself. Looked at us, walked out. No words, pissed look. Rude. The chain in the tank of the toilet fell off right when i used it the first time. I fixed that myself. As maintenance apparently miffed for calling them on the AC. Deff not staying here again. Could use a update.

The location Is okay. The staff was pretty nice in general. The room felt clean.

We constantly had to leave for food and coffee, not a very comfortable stay. We really thought the breakfast was included based on previous phone conversations. Also the coffee was watery and not available when requested as we were told over the phone that it is available at all times. Also the grounds weren’t kept up, there was a broken beer bottle on the patio backing onto the pool for our whole stay, it was also very dirty in general and we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area at all. The pool is small and shallow we didn’t expect that since we didn’t see any photos of it online.

Took a long time for hot water to reach the 9th floor. Staff smoking out side in front of the entrance.

Location was ok. Most staff were ok as well.

Rooms were absolutely terrible. Me and my partner broke out in hives due to dust and bugs. Moreover, the Asian receptionist (with all due respect) was new and charged us $300 for damage deposit instead of standard $100 as confirmed by their manager. Also he gave us a room that was clearly closed off due covid for a long term and then given out to customers instead of more cleaner rooms.

I liked the comfort and location as it was nearby to get the essentials

Majority of things, people over there, worst staying experience, no ice pack or heat pack, rude manager, no trained staff. Only one was there who was really helpful. Will never recommend this to Anyone. Money wasted and trip had some disturbing memories due to stay

I liked the king suite layout. The building was quiet.

I didn’t like that the building wasn’t clean. The pillows were lumpy. I didn’t like that the room was not cleaned the second night even though we stayed for 2 nights. When I called to ask why our room wasn’t cleaned they told me the staff refuse to clean if people are in the rooms because of Covid-19. No discount was offered. They did however offer to give you clean sheets so you could change your own bed linen and to go downstairs to pick them up. Not happy with the service. We should have been told that before booking. I also showed a cleaning staff a huge mustard, ketchup stain on the door outside of the elevator that looked like it had been there for quite some time and 24 hours later it still wasn’t cleaned.

The resteraunt was closed for remodeling, but BOOKING DIDNT SAY THIS

The hotel room which was given to me had broken tiles in the bathroom. Not sure how these kind of rooms can be rented to customers. You don't expect these things from a 3 star hotel.
