Staff were exceptional! They had a personalized anniversary card and an awesome bottle of wine waiting for us! Very clean, comfortable stay.

Had some troubles with our fridge but they moved us to a new room!

Relaxing and scenic stay for...

The room was clean and modern. The bathrooms were well lit and a great size. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the couch in the room was exactly as pictured. This gave the room a Junior Suite vibe. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge actually worked!!! Not to mention the social distancing was enforced in a way that was comforting and responsible at the same time. I would definitely come back.

Front desk staff should have mentioned the COVID changes to the club floor privileges during check-in rather than ask if I had received an email. For this brand of hotel, it is kind of expected. Particularly since this affected the two of the most crucial elements that make or break your stay: Breakfast and housekeeping.

I just assumed that the cleaning staff would clean the room every day. but that was not the case.

We liked the room and everything in it. The hotel's facilities were also great. This hotel is perfect for a family to stay at. It was exactly what we needed. The hotel has everything that you need and it is very comfortable.

We travel quite often and your staff without exception was polite, helpful and always with a smile. Thank you . we will be back.

Its the best hotel in London, and lovely brunch, restauarnt. Unfortunately its expensive. So we always order a pizza when we stay overnight.

There is not much restaurants near the hotel, so maybe its best to eat at the hotel.

The staff were entirely professional and helpful throughout our stay: From the first person we met (valet parker) through the front desk staff to the service people in the restaurants and cleaning staff. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, although everyone in our family likes a varying level of mattress firmness. The central location makes is easy to get anywhere in London, and there are plenty of nice little places to walk to and eat in near the hotel.

They keep your personal info in their main computer system, but have no idea at front desk that you've ever stayed at a Delta hotel before. They should recognize this fact.

Staff were excellent and went above and beyond for us! They cleaned the room thoroughly as I have allergies and often get sick staying over places - they cleaned the room very well for us.

Prices for valet parking were a bit high, but understandable for downtown.

Location is central London, unfortunately London downtown doesnt exist as people clear out. So there is no night life, and the area is dodgy but that's London downtown. Its a hole. And the hotel is very beautiful and probably the best hotel in London if you can afford it.

The location could be better, Sunday morning couldnt pickup any coffee or quick breakfast as most were closed until 9am. But its not the hotel's fault, its been there for a long time. Unfortunately London downtown has become a dive.

I wasn't overly impressed with the view from our room. Very small window. It kind of felt like we were in a closet.

The hotel is very centrally located, the rooms are clean but décor is outdated, for me it does not matter, also we were travelling with our dog and we were fine in our room, the breakfast is quite good if you order from the menu, the buffet is very limited and I will recommend it only if you are in a hurry and need to eat something before you go, if you have time order from the menu. The beds are comfortable, the pillows and duvets are comfortable as well, you get a bottle of water per person per day for free and rooms have a coffee maker and a small fridge. From negatives I can mention only that it was very cold inside the hotel and in our room, the AC in the room could not be adjusted to the temperature we wanted so we had to switch it off. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

It was all good. Very pleasant staff.

Unless you made your own coffee, there was nowhere to just grab a cup. A sit-in-the-dining-room option/non-option was my only choice. The staff was outstanding - personable, friendly, small town not big city atmosphere.

Everything was excellent best place I have ever stayed the restaurant was not only reasonably priced but the best food I've eaten this entire honeymoon with my wife the room was amazing they gave us a complementary bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for our honeymoon and we had an amazing view the pool and hot tub were excellent as we're the changing facilities and all of the staff.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay from checking in to food to the facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing so we're the facilities.

Brunch was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and very clean.

We came specifically for a night of relaxation/rest, unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning (nor was it several years ago when I stayed here), and there isn’t much in the way of seating in the pool area. The limited seating available, was not comfortable. Therefore not particularly friendly to those wanting to watch children swim, nor to those wanting to relax around the pool.

Staff are exceptionally nice and helpful.

Closet is very small and room safe sits loose in a drawer and is therefore of no use.

Our room was on the second floor, with direct exposure to the hotel bar. This meant we could not open the curtains to our room. It was not a big drawback, just a bit of one.

The room overall was perfect

Within 1/2 he parking in the 15$ lot . My car was broken into and a lot of things ex. Our drinks for the room, 30$ phone charger; etc. That made me have fears of going outside. To walk to the concert

Great spot for a little treat yourself time. London Ontario isn't too exciting, but if you need to be there for business or family plans, this is a nice place to stay.

Beds were comfortable with good quality sheets.

We got a complementary upgrade to a junior suite. As there were 3 of us was great!

Great location for taking in events at Centennial Hall.

Elevator was a hot commodity and was a bit of a wait.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant/room service was good. The pool area was clean and nicely set up.

We just wish the pool water was kept a little warmer. It was too cold for us to swim, we mostly stayed in the hottub with the kids. Also, a few more towels in the room would have been great, especially knowing we were staying with children.

Staff is fantastic and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Beds were super comfortable and they had a variety of pillows to choose from. Food was excellent and great value. The bathrooms were nice and even the shampoo and conditioner were nice. The pool is so great! Love the nice touches of history. Can’t wait to come back one day to stay in the historic armoury suites.

The self parking is far so we ended up getting valet parking.

Location was perfect, right in downtown.

Parking extra felt a little much but I guess it is downtown although there seemed to be a lot of parking all over.

Location was downtown. Staff was courteous. Room was clean and well apportioned. The room we in was older but Neely remodeled. That mean plenty of plugs and Potts.

Water drained slowly in the shower.
