Goed ontbijt, kamer goed schoon. Wel een bepaalde stijl, die van mij had bijvoorbeeld rode gordijnen en zwarte wanden. Bed was prima, douche/badkamer ook. Personeel niet altijd even ervaren en efficient maar verder goede service. Dichtbij metrostation en bus.
Geen koffie/thee op de kamer, wel water. Badkamer heeft wat smalle delen. Begreep de airco niet helemaal. Kleurstelling vond ik wat donker.

The room was spacious and minimalist design with interesting bathroom design (see through from the bed side) near the transport (train,metro,bus) with restaurants and cafe also super mercado near. Bed was comfy, need the card to go upstairs by elevator which is a good point for security.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy also the shower with mould.... although the bathroom design was unique may not be suitable for friends or family who stay together. The mini fridge was locked

This hotel was pretty good really and my only disadvantage was a tiny issue. The staff were very helpful when I sought their assistance, the hotel was spotless, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was good. Some have mentioned the location, but it was fine for me. Nearly forgot, to say this hotel is on a busy city centre junction the soundproofing is nothing short of excellent. A good place, I would definitely consider when I return to this charming city.
I travelled by myself so I only had one towel for the shower. I showered twice a day most days so I had a damp towel for the morning. I guess I could have gone and asked for another, but I didn't.

When coming to Lisbon, whether in business or pleasure, I always choose 3K. For some years, I have chosen 3K because the value is balanced with the services and quality it provides. On another but personal note, I like the design and architecture in and out.
Only the small parking garage but I wouldn’t say it’s really negative. I’m sure the site has lots of constraints.
