Great location

The location was great, the staff very helpfu,l the room very clean

Breakfast was not included like it was in every hotel we stayed in Portugal . The parking cost $22 extra. The room had no hair dryer

The hotel is very well-placed and design. People are very kind and helpful. The buffet on the 7th floor (with terrace) is very good. Rooms are overlooking the main streets and windows make it silent.

It is not a "cheap" hotel, but the quality worth the price paid.

Location is probably the best you can get for downtown Lisbon

Staying at the 6th floor you have the trade-off between a no-nonsence terrace allowing for some nice snapshots and the noise from the restaurant, around 1am and 6am.

The hotel staff were very pleasant. They always welcomed you upon entering and leaving and genuinely seemed happy to see you. They helped us with places to eat, getting cabs, and even had a Blackberry charger for me since I brought the wrong charger. The duluxe room we stayed in had a small balcony where we spent some really nice time watching the city go by while we enjoyed a class or port. The hotel restaurant on the roof is a nice touch.

Some people complained in other reviews about the rooms being small, but I didn't feel cramped at all. The room included a desk, minibar, and a decent closet with plenty of space as well as a bench.

Good service and the brilliant situation.
