Het ontbijt was prima, de eerste keer in de 'tuinkamer" omdat het restaurant vol was, de 2e keer in het restaurant, maar daar was het ontbijt een stuk duurder, dat vonden wij vreemd.

De ambiance en de relaxte sferr. Het groen en de Bamboobar. Lekker finger food en mooie wijnen.
Alles perfect behalve dat het toilet bleef lopen. Ik heb het zelf gefixed en doorgegeven aan de receptie.

The hotel is very charming, comfortable and with a very nice ambiance. Staff are able to speak many languages and always able to guide us through the gigantic place. Location as well is perfect. Between the Opera and the lake hence almost everything was in walking distance. Breakfast was also great with plenty of option of very fresh. Massage from the Spa was one of the best I got in Vietnam (~5-6) with finally a foot bath that many don't offer.
The coffee at breakfast was somehow either too light or too strong. The hotel is so huge that we got lost hence, signage would have been welcome. If we want to nitpick about (a little), swimming pool is a bit small and there is a smell of old furniture...
