Niet de kamer gekregen die wij geboekt hadden. Dit aangegeven en het antwoord gekregen van jammer dan! Vieze bedden. Alles was klam. Schimmel in de kast. Ingetrokken stof in kussen. Het zwembad was erg vies langs de rand. Personeel zeer onvriendelijk. De foto’s op de site lijken niet meer op de werkelijkheid. Bloed sporen op kussens. Dood geslagen muggen op de muur. Erg vieze badkamer.

The room I was allocated which cost £1100 for one week for a single person was disgusting. The toilet, although having just been cleaned was disgustingly dirty, and I was paddling in water. I ended up having to spend the week on a camp bed in my sister's room as I was offered no other alternative or refund. The food was awful and it's more like at 18-30 with music so loud it actually hurt your ears. The search criteria stated it was on the beach, but the small print stated it was not. Cross 2 very busy roads and 250m later you're on the disgusting filthy beach. They claim to have a private beach which infers it ajoins the property, this is not the case. The staff are lovely but safe deposit boxes are not in rooms neither is a kettle. The fridge was warmer inside than the room itself so water was ridiculously unpleasant. We spoke to other guests who said they'd had cigarettes stolen from their room so although the staff did appear to be very nice and in the absence of a safe in the room I carried all my important possessions with me. I would not go back again.
