Heerlijk bed, uiterst schoon, perfecte douche, mooi interieur. Kortom, aanrader.
Geen bar. Prijs is hoog, maar dat is overal in Genève.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were comfortable and of high standard, location was perfect.
50 CHF per night was added at checkout for having my kid stay with me, and this is not a cost I agreed to upfront. Also, we did not order breakfast, so it cost the hotel exactly nothing extra for my kid to stay in the room with me. If I had known this, I would have booked a different hotel (this has never happened in any hotel I stayed in). Staff in general unfriendly - Did not bother to help with the stroller up the stairs to the elevator (even when they saw we were struggling), asked for an extra towel to be brought to the room only to wait 45 minutes before going downstairs myself to ask again and pick it up. Got a call from the hotel as I was already getting on a train saying that I took the signed copy of the receipt with me (I did not) asking me to come back and return it (I did not go back). I expect a bit more from the staff for 300 CHF/night.

Sadly we got the red themed room and the color annoyed me but there were no other rooms available. The bathroom was missing many amenities and I thought the housekeepers will noticed this but they did not.

Excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining room overlooking the pedestrianised area. Excellent reception staff (Laura). Beautifully restored hotel with tasteful decoration, fabulous location and great value.
