De concierge was erg behulpzaam bij het vinden van een parkeerplaats.

Op de site is niet aangegeven dat het hotel door een opgebroken straat volstrekt onbereikbaar is met de auto als je de weg niet weet. Op mijn klacht daarover werd niet erg begripvol ingegaan, ook niet toen ik aangaf dat onze auto een half uur lopen van het hotel stond geparkeerd. In de kamer was de afvoer van de keuken erg goed te horen.

Hilton are using there brand to sell below standard rooms. I would never stay here again

It is a very old Hotel .It needs to be renovated urgently .The toilet flush is broken , noisy AC , non hot water avaliablility ( it was for a limited time but not expected from a five star Hotel ) . The staff talk without looking at your face with an unfriendly manner . The pool is again too old and need to be renewed so that the price paid to the Hotel is too much in comparison what you get .
