Lady organising the breakfast seating was brilliant, she could not do enough for us. Fantastic service.

Couldn't get dinner in the restaurant which was fine and were able to get dinner in the lobby lounge, but only because we pressed the restaurant manager,we overhead the hotel manager asking did she get the complainers sorted out which I thought was totally insincere and unprofessional as the lady we were dealing with struggled with English as she was from Brazil. I thought if the hotel manager could have been bothered the whole issue could have been handled resolved quite quickly, very unprofessional in my humble opinion. The service in the lobby lounge was just alright and the food certainly wasn't five star. Fortunately we were able to eat elsewhere in the area thereafter. Such a beautiful hotel with fantastic location but service has a lot to be desired.
