Cleanliness of the room

Too much construction going on around the hotel. The rate should reflect this. It’s complicated to get back into the hotel in the evening because the usual entrance is closed. Restaurant staff need a better level of English to be able to communicate more effectively. When I was checking out I nearly got double charged because I think the guy that was taking my payment was training so his supervisor had to come over and take over. Very unprofessional. We had to call housekeeping about 2-3 times about the same item that needed replenishing in the bathroom. In the end we gave up. There was a mini bar charge on our final bill for an item we didn’t even take! 3 years ago my stay here was so much better but it has clearly gone downhill.

Very crowded and at night the music is so loud Smell of the room smoke although its non smoking

The building was a building site and all you can hear all day was machinery. This was awful .
