Voordelen:: The infinity pool was amazing. The staff was extra nice and the cleaning service was excellent.

Nadelen:: The food could have been a little better although there were some excellent items on the menu. The spa should play relaxing music instead of the same music as the lobby.

Nadelen:: The food was realy under every expectation! I have been to so many hotels but this was the worst food I had ever experienced. It was by far to less offered, not very interesting taste and vegetarian people only had the choice between Rice or Nudels. I expected so much more! The breakfast was also only basic. Nothing special about it. Totally okay for a bed and breakfast but not for a hotel in this price class. Besides the bad food the pool was very very cold so nobody wanted to use it. I would not come back.

Voordelen:: Zeer vriendelijk en klantgericht personeel, nog nooit mee gemaakt! Prachtige kamer met uitstekende faciliteiten, heerlijk bed. Kreeg zelfs gratis update naar hoger gelegen kamer en nog wat te eten na aankomst om 23.00 uur! Voornamelijk Duitse toeristen, erg prettig qua toerist! Eten was prima, mss iets minder dan de giga bufetten in andere hotels, maar zeker genoeg afwisseling, smakelijk en heel veel werd vers voor je bereid. Het zwembad was klein en de ligruimte erom heen ook, maar ik heb altijd n bedje gehad en ondanks dat het hoogseizoen was, waren er altijd wel bedjes vrij. Eindelijk een hotel waar geen bedjes-run is s'ochtends. De infinitypool is geweldig! Mooi uitzicht op zee. Het plaatsje zelf is vooral georienteerd op de Duitse tourist. Weinig plekken waar de locals komen, dat was wel jammer. Al met al een uitstekend hotel dat uitblinkt in klantvriendelijkheid!

Nadelen:: Niks, maar gratis wifi op de kamers zou fijn zijn geweest. Anderzijds, n Lebara kaartje voor n tientje met 4 GB kan er ook nog wel vanaf....

Voordelen:: The room was superb clean and modern. The bathroom shower was great and the double sinks really nice. The staff were superb in all ways polite and welcoming and discreet. The waiting staff were very well presented and attentive. The breakfast was really varied and fresh. The views from the gym area were breathtaking as were the views form our bedroom on a side sea view.

Nadelen:: The spa was slightly disappointing as there were no relaxers to lie on or proper jacuzzi or spa area as such. The gym was way too small with no real facilities as well as very poor air conditioning it was too hot to work out on each day we went to the gym. Also I though a complimentary glass of house wine would have been nice for dinner guests.

Voordelen:: Absoluut fantastisch hotel, ik ben in mijm leven im hoderden vier en vijf ster hotels geweest, dit is top, ongeloiflijk proper, zeer goede keuken en zondermeer het allerbeste personeel ooit !!!!! Niet twijfelen !

Nadelen:: The only thing which I was surprised with was that no drinks were included during dinner. Been half board and usually you do get a glass of wine and water, after that you do pay but this time even paid for water. So all what was in the price of half board was only food.

Voordelen:: Location and view were fantastic. Rooms very clean and well set up. Staff were super helpful.

Nadelen:: Pool area felt very crowded. And seriously, who charges €1 for Nespresso capsule in the room?

Nadelen:: Awful Wi-fi from an unprotected system. Even Cuba has better Wi-fi ! Having to pay extra for a safety deposit box in room. Finding 8 mosquitos in the bathroom on arrival. Lack of TV channels in non German language. All of the green plastic garden sun beds needed replacement. The concrete garden table & seats were very dirty & some of the garden paths needed repair plus clearing of shrubs etc..Hot food at breakfast was of a very poor quality, certainly nowhere near 5 star standard. Generally this could be a lovely 5 star hotel, but badly needs a thorough make-over to bring it into the 21st century

Voordelen:: Beds were better than my own (remind me to change mine). Food excellent, exept for first and last night, when I came in late.

Nadelen:: I missed having a sunbed on my terrace. The «box music» in the inside bar area was awful.

Voordelen:: Het hotel lag in een heel mooie omgeving en de zwembaden lagen er idyllisch bij. Zeer goede bediening aan het zwembad en aan de bar. Er werd gedacht aan late toekomers en vroege vertrekkers wat betreft maaltijden, Dit was zeer aangenaam om direct bij aankomst (om middernacht), nog een maaltijd te krijgen. De kamers zijn groot en comfortabel met goede bedden. De jacuzzi op het terras was een leuke extra. De geluidsdichtheid van de kamers was ook zeer goed.

Nadelen:: De zuiverheid op de kamer viel een beetje tegen. Op de eerste dag waren er nog haren te vinden in de badkamer van onze voorgangers. Ook na enkele dagen waren er nog opmerkingen op de zuiverheid van de kamer.

Voordelen:: Excellent location away from hustle and bustle but a 5 minute walk to the beach. Walk in shower and jacuzzi bath as standard. Comfortable beds. Breakfast included was a treat. Staff were very nice.

Nadelen:: Hotel was very German oriented. Needs revamp in some departments like glass fittings and masonry work.

Voordelen:: Good breakfast Nice spacious clean rooms Polite receptionists and waiters Spa, tennis, pools, pool bar There is ome particular waiter that deserves applause - i didn't get his name, but he was tall, young and with glasses. We need more people as commited as you in this world. Chapeau!

Nadelen:: The chef making the omlette in the morning - grumpy like there is no tomorrow. He hates his job and he shows that. I preferred to ask for a simple omlette than to interract with him. That destroys the experience.

Voordelen:: Prachtige plek, heerlijk rustig en beschut, veel plekken waar je in de schaduw kunt zitten, goed eten, gezellig restaurant, personeel heel behulpzaam. Er werd zelfs verse appelmoes gemaakt voor ons kleintje en een late check-out was mogelijk. Heerlijke ruime kamer (familie-suite). Gezellige pool-bar.

Nadelen:: Kan niets bedenken

Voordelen:: With one word, everything! The hotel is super beautiful, like a museum, every corner has the style. Cean and comfortable room, exactly as on the pictures, only better! They have a gorgeous garden where you can have a romantic dinner. The stuff is the best, always there for you. The location is perfect, because only a couple of blocks away it can get pretty loud, and you are just in the right place to be near the life in mallorca but far from the crowd. Choose the garden view room, its the best. Honestly, best stay ever! You can not go wrong!

Voordelen:: I loved this hotel, the interior design is just dreamy! I would totally love to come back to them sometime. The staff members are all lovely, and it's really close to the beach, and the main streat where you can find everything you'd be looking for.

Voordelen:: This french Chateau-like place definitely impressed me. Although we arrived too late in the night, we were warmly received with a hospitality and finesse I never have met so far, in any place before. Then we go inside and we can't believe we are actually to stay and sleep here, not just visit some queen's cabinets in a museum. The oak doors, the thick carpets, the vabulous small terrace window with pots of flowers are just some of the things that make make the place one of a kind. The stylish, original furniture and atmosphere is, however, combined with the knewest facilities in a very comfy and stylish bathroom. High class, fine and french (in the best possible meaning)

Nadelen:: Bed was very soft which wasn't great and was disappointing that the people in the room next door smoked on their balcony a lot which meant we had to keep our balcony door closed so we didn't have the smell of cigarettes coming in.

Voordelen:: Very clean bedroom and comfortable bed. Plentiful supply of hot water and powerful shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nadelen:: We had paid extra To upgrade our room but only had a curtain separating our bedroom from WC and bathroom which was disappointing. Parking can be a problem.

Nadelen:: Bedden waren wat aan harde kant, enigszins gehorig (hakken bovenbuurvrouw)

Voordelen:: Very unique spot with the most perfect views from my terrace straight over the aqua water. I could see this from my bed which was one of the comfiest I have stayed in. I loved the homely environment - transporting you back to your own family holiday memories. I look forward to coming back with the perfect friends who I know will love it very soon! Thank you.

Voordelen:: I really liked the location and the atmosphere in the place. It feels very chilled and the whole place is one big garden which was great. The room itself was nice and in somewhat of a vintage style which I really liked. They had left lots of towels, soaps and even a cute little candle.

Nadelen:: Even though the room was overall clean, there were big chunks of dust on the walls and the lamps which was a bit unpleasant. The lock on the door and the window was quite old and tricky, I struggled to lock them the first day.

Voordelen:: Really recommend this place. Rooms were really nice with amazing terrace or garden space. Great staff, you can feel like in your home in this place. Very good breakfasts. The best location, close to marina, restaurants and beach.

Voordelen:: It’s a family run place with wonderful and kind hosts. The place looks like on the pictures, a little paradise. We spent quite a lot of time just relaxing there. They have games, english language books, all day long open bar etc. all in all it was a wonderful choice

Nadelen:: The weather was not the best so In the evenings a tv would have been nice in the rooms just to relax a bit (there are in the common areas). The room’s air was quite stuffed we had to leave the door open but then it was too loud sometimes. Breakfast was too repetitive, in 5 days there was nothing new but what was offered was fresh and good.

Voordelen:: Rustige plaats, lekker ontbijt en dichtbij winkeltjes, promenade en haven!

Nadelen:: Bedden heel hard, diner kan beter, enkel op vrijdag luxueus diner, andere avonden kan beter! Helaas weinig keuze voor vegetariërs . Weinig uitleg van de faciliteiten hotel bij aankomst, ook geen vraag naar gevoel bij vertrek vanuit het hotel, jammer!

Voordelen:: The staff, particularly the one at the restaurant, was extremely nice, smiley and helpful. The beautiful small beach ('cala') was also a very nice plus.

Nadelen:: The rooms were not very well isolated and people chatting and talking in the corridor could be clearly heard.

Voordelen:: The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and kind - but also polite. They couldn't do enough to help. The location is superb. Situated just outside the small port of Cala Ratjada (which is accessible via an easy coastal path or by a short drive), the hotel is on a quiet country road surrounded by pine trees with a charming tiny cove/sandy beach within very easy strolling distance and the working lighthouse (the most easterly point on the island) a short drive up the hill - or an energetic walk, with spectacular views). This was the perfect place for us to unwind after enjoying our daughter's wedding in Soller. Very peaceful and pretty too. Don't come here if you want 24/7 entertainment, cheerleaders and kiddie playground - there is none...just an hour or so of pleasant poolside live music after dinner on the odd night. Breakfasts were excellent - on some days hot food is cooked and served from the outdoor kitchen, offering fresh pancakes, omelettes, eggs, bacon etc cooked to order and complemented by the magnificent array of buffet fare inside. On other days - the choice includes hot food and buffet inside. The terrace catches the morning sun - making a great start to the day. We loved everything about this hotel - including meeting our fellow Europeans ...we were the only Brits in the hotel during our stay. Thank you so much for making us so welcome and providing us with such a lovely room - we plan to return when we can...there is so much more to explore in the area. We recommend Cal Gat unreservedly!!

Nadelen:: There was nothing we didn't like. But being picky, a larger pool would have been nice. Also a footpath through the trees to the cove below would have been lovely. And perhaps if you could serve cappuccino after 11.30 at night - that would be a bonus. It's so lovely with a brandy to finish off the evening. But nothing could really spoil our memories of this gem of a hotel.

Voordelen:: Heel relaxed hotel. Kleinschalig.. heerlijk terras waar het ontbijt en het avondeten werd geserveerd. Mooi gelegen tussen de naaldbomen. Prachtig strandje om te hoek. Uitstekende snelle WiFi. Hotel vooral bekend bij Duitsers. Er zouden echt meer Nederlanders naar toe moeten gaan! Geen kinderanimatie, behalve een mooi zwembadje

Voordelen:: Personnel was always friendly and helpful. We recieved a very warm welcome and a nice dinner, it was a surprise as we arrived at 23:00. The food was wonderful, and special thanks to Antonia, who always cares about guests and made our meal even more pleasant. The location is perfect, as the hotel is surrounded by a pine tree park and close to beaches.

Voordelen:: The hotel has perfect location close to the Agulla beach and other small ones. It has all facilities we needed (we had studio with small kitchen). We enjoyed laying in the pool area and we even tried dinner at the hotel which had was quite good giving the price. We would be glad to stay here again.

Nadelen:: A bit late cleaning of the room (twice it was not cleaned before 4pm)

Voordelen:: Personeel was zeer behulpzaam/vriendelijk. Het was nooit te druk in het hotel. Buffet was betaalbaar en lekker. Entertainment ging niet tot laat door en was best leuk/afwisselend. Mooi uitzicht op zee. Zeer schoon. Elke dag schoonmaak appartement. Best leuk ingericht. Heerlijke ligbedden bij zwembad. Altijd plek. Geen 'handdoekleggers'.

Nadelen:: Bed kraakte erg. Waterkoker ging stuk. Helaas hebben ze daar niks meer mee gedaan. Stadje is erg toeristisch/schreeuwerig. Geen plek om je auto normaal te parkeren.

Voordelen:: The hotel is correct and 15 minutes walk from the beach

Nadelen:: Near the hotel, buildings are under construction which means a noisy surrounding. The town focusses on massa tourism, especially German tourists. The restaurants , all located along the main road , are very unpersonnal. So if you are looking for charm, quality and authenticity , avoid Cala Ratjada!

Voordelen:: Our apartament was very spacious, really clean and with a beatiful view from a private balcony. You can reach comfortably Cala Agulla by foot. The location is very quiet at night.

Nadelen:: There is not a private parking for guest.

Voordelen:: Hotel is really perfect. This is our first time when we couldn't complain at all :). Our room was very clean and tidy. Stuff was very polite and hospitality but also very discreet. I need to emphasize that lifeguard is very professional and helpful, we could observed his action when one kid has scratch a bit himself and he helped his parents put small dressing. It was not fake acting but truly engaged in helping. Another person is Eve from BBQ very nice and taking care for each served dish. Admired them both as is it not easy to stay nice during hot seazon. We had a HB option and were totally satisfied. Everything is fresh, tasty and well served. Kids animation and special events were very intresting. Flamennco show amazing! Close to one of best beach on this island. We can honestly recomend this hotel especialy for families with chidren. Regards from Poland

Nadelen:: Nothing... ok pools could be larger...

Voordelen:: Locatie dichtbij cala agulla strand, kamers met zeezicht, dichtbij eetgelegenheden (leukste in cala ratjada stad). Fijn om appartement te hebben met eigen voorzieningen binnen een hotel. Het management/personeel staat open voor je vragen en opmerkingen.

Nadelen:: Gelegen in Duits uitgaansgebied, alles staat in Duits aangekondigd/beschreven en op straat (en strand) vaak wel dronken Duitsers vanaf einde van de middag. Meeste eetgelegenheden in de directe omgeving van het hotel hebben weinig sfeer (dit is beter in stadje Cala Ratjada). Hotel heeft (bijna) elke avond live entertainment. Deze is niet echt aangenaam/van hoge kwaliteit. Als je aan zwembadzijde van hotel zit heb je daar wel wat overlast van (tussen 21.00 tot 22.30 uur). Kamers verder weinig gehorig qua directe buren maar wel onder-boven. Met name als er wordt schoongemaakt in het appartement boven je.

Voordelen:: The staff are lovely. Really actively and honestly friendly. They obviously enjoy their jobs and making guests feel at home. Antonio, the LifeGuard is always looking for ways to make guests and their kids happy. Maria, from the restaurant and bar, also always super positive and helpful and shining with joy. The location is superb with 2 beaches at 1 and 5 minutes walk. The pools and spa really good. The food variety excellent.

Nadelen:: I would suggest them to have more vegan options... even if not on display, that would be good. They can contact me for suggestions.

Voordelen:: Rooms were very clean and spacious. Separate living space was really handy. Although our room didn’t have the view, and was actually opposite a building site, it was still quiet. Very close to Cala Agulla beach. It felt like a lot of the guests headed there in the daytime - the hotel pool was pretty quiet given that the hotel was fully booked. Easy to get sun beds. Lots of choice of restaurants - we found the best ones to be down by the port and along the front away from crowds. Wikiki highly recommended. Staff noticed it was my boyfriends birthday during our stay and surprised us with a bottle of fizz - a lovely unexpected touch. Lunch at pool bar especially good. Check in and out very quick. Nice mix of couples, families with pre-school children and adult groups. No stag or hens!

Nadelen:: We were last on the cleaning list for rooms and often the cleaners didn’t reach us before 5pm, when we were back in the room. So our room was cleaned once in 5 days, despite us leaving a sign requesting to clean. The fitted kitchen was great; but there was no cleaning utensils eg washing up liquid and sponges. We bought them, plenty of shops nearby. We were impressed by the emphasis on recycling and reducing waste, but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic packaging in the toiletries. We avoid using and bring our own.

Voordelen:: The staff at the bar and restaurant were really nice. Especially Luigi ... he made my days. The food was really good and diverse each day. This is a good place for families and German speakers

Nadelen:: Well the check in process was a mess and we had to wait an extra hour for the room to be ready ( ofc we got a drink from the house but I would have preferred the room), the staff at the reception wasn’t that helpful and the cleaning of the room wasn’t at the level we expected(attention to details ) The rooms are noisy. And we got a really really dark one.

Voordelen:: Especially the staff was brilliant! Everyone was so friendly and nice, also with our little daughter. Breakfast and dinner were also really good, a great variety of different dishes, good quality and I think everyone can find something there. We would have liked a bit more Spanish influenced food (so it was awesome that there was a mallorquin dinner night during our stay). But that's just personal opinion, we know they have to try and please everyone so it's necessary to also offer "neutral" food. The whole hotel (incl. beer garden and pool area) is really nice, clean and comfortable. We also didn't feel it was too noisy, and the locations is just great. We also never had a problem finding a car park in the streets around the hotel. So we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back as well.

Voordelen:: The view from our room was stunning! We also liked the spa and the restaurant staff (especially the omlette/pancake cook was very nice). At arrival there were sweet treats everywhere in the room, in the bathroom - that made us feel really welcome.

Nadelen:: The hotel is completely lacking atmosphere - I felt like I was in Germany, not in Spain. There was a great selection of food at breakfast and dinner but some of them were very poor quality - the beans, coffee, juices (they were awful). The hotel definitely needs refreshing, I haven't seen such old elevators for years. At arrival we were surprised to see a jewellery market in the lobby - this felt cheap and definitely not like a 4-star sup hotel.

Nadelen:: - WiFi didn't work properly in the room, not even the one we paid extra for(15€/week/device) - Extra Large bed was actually two single beds moved together - Service in the restaurant was bad at multiple occasions - suite was not worth the price - beach close to the hotel overcrowded with party folks

Voordelen:: Very recommendable hotel, I had an amazing experience there. The staff was really kind, and always willing to help in whatever you need. The breakfast and dinner was superb, a lot of things and very tasty food. Cleanness very good as well, and the location is fantastic.

Voordelen:: Very friendly and staff (all the staff were actually very polite and friendly), the hotel is close to the Calla Agulla beach, which is one of the best in this part of the island, we got a room with a really nice view of the sea.

Nadelen:: Most of the guests were very reckless and really noisy - especially during the night (actually the daytime was the most quiet). For the whole stay, we were constantly woken up by either (drunken) neighbors shouting and screaming really loud and ocasionally shattering glass, slamming doors real hard or insanely loud motorcycles driving full throttle under our window all night long - really really frustrating to be repeatedly woken up at 3AM or 4AM!!! Another inconvenience is that the whole area was not so clean, considering that the authorities charge you 3€/person/day; the hotel itself was also not so clean and quite poorly maintained - considering also the quite high price, the dishes at the restaurant were not well cleaned - sometimes we found really dirty dishes (but we could put them aside and search for cleaner ones - even though all of them were not so well cleaned)

Nadelen:: The poor juice at breakfast and as a 4+ rated hotel, Wifi should be included.

Voordelen:: fijne kamers en fijn hotel. Wel groot, eetzaal te massaal.

Voordelen:: Goede lokatie om kust te ontdekken; leuke walk via kust naar Cala Ratjada (leuke restaurantjes/cafeetjes). National Park bij Arta (nightmare om te rijden) is zeker de moeite waard om te wandelen (bij klooster).

Nadelen:: Omdat we vroeg in het seizoen waren (maart), waren er in buurt van resort nog maar weinig tentjes/cafeetjes open.

Voordelen:: Amazing views, good location, parking is easy to find. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. Room is light, clean, modern. Ideal for single travelers or families.

Nadelen:: Wifi has to be paid per device (5€/day)

Voordelen:: The view from the terrace was amazing and also very close to the beach.

Nadelen:: Paid wifi in the rooms - this should happen in 2018 anymore. Also getting woken up the sound of trucks beeping crazy loud while backing up wasn't very great. It also lacked a Spanish feel. Even more so than other hotels I stayed in Mallorca. Everybody was German and all the staff spoke German without hesitation. Even though I speak pretty good German I was hoping to practice my not so good Spanish. However the hotel, room, food, view etc was all very good.

Voordelen:: Het was er schoon en fijn, rustig zwembad. Eten/buffet was mooi gedecoreerd en smaakvol. Heerlijke salades en toetjes, “warm eten” was beperkt maar goed.

Nadelen:: NIET is een groot woord maar het is een aaneenschakeling van twee hotels waardoor je verder zou kunnen moeten lopen naar je kamer. Dat is niet erg als je goed te been bent anders naar kamer aan voorkant vragen.

Voordelen:: Nice, clean and friendly. Relatively good value for money. Buffet breakfast and dinner good on most days.

Nadelen:: Outdoor pool very cold. Indoor pool and spa only accessible for over 18s. Clearly a hotel designed for adults and elderly, which was reflected by the average age of the other guests. No play areas for children.

Nadelen:: Two single beds and a sofa bed in the room. It would have been better to have a double bed and maybe a single instead of sofa bed as sofa bed not comfortable.

Voordelen:: Staff were excellent, property was very clean. Pools and surrounding areas had plenty of day beds etc. In a quiet area of town but close to everything!

Nadelen:: A good spread of food but the quality of it wasn’t amazing.

Voordelen:: We were very impressed with the new spa, the staff were all really pleasent and helpful. The food selection was fantastic. We even wanted to stay an extra night we were so comfortable but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, not surprising.. will definately go again.

Nadelen:: The room was very old style, need to be renewed, particularly the bathroom

Voordelen:: The service and location of the Bella Playa are very good, Port, Town and Beeches all within easy walking distance. The hotel makes every effort to make you feel at home and want for nothing we will be going again soon .

Voordelen:: All was very perfect; the situation of the hotel, the staff in reception very helpful and friendly, same for waiters, the room had all we needed and very spacious, the buffet for the breackfast and for the dinner were diversified and so nice!

Nadelen:: The only thing we can " blame " its that all the staff but especially waiters speak to you every time german...so we know that 90% of customers are german but for the 10% others like us (french) very surprised when they speak to you german without never ask where you from...to speak maybe english according the country... no it's automatically german...even when you speak to them english they keep talking german... Nadelen:: Exceeded our expectation, nothing!

Voordelen:: The food was absolutely delicious! We had breakfast and dinner included and the buffet was really good! You have loads of healthy options such as yoghurts, oats, chia seeds, fresh fruits and you can also indulge in pancakes or freshly made omelettes. Big good bread selection! Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. The staff was very friendly, especially the Bar staff Dani and the reception team of the hotel and restaurant. We stayed 7 days so they recognized us after a few days and also wished my boyfriend a happy birthday. Thank you!

Nadelen:: Even though the cleaning lady came by everyday, she didn't change the sheets when we left them like "Please change them." We had to remove them completely for her to realise that we want them to be changed. The restaurant staff is very friendly but due to high volume, I think that they were a bit stressed too. We had to wait sometimes 10 mins for someone to come to our table to take the drinks order for example. But one specific time we just arrived, ordered drinks and went to get our main courses and my boyfriend came back and saw that someone completely cleared the table. The waitress apologized and we got two glasses of wine on the house, after I asked them since we lost the two full glasses we had.

Voordelen:: The location of the hotel is good, the beaches are close, there are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The staff are really friendly. Our room was nice and tidy. We had breakfast and dinner, which were really tasty and they have a lot of choices.

Nadelen:: On our last night , they were really busy and didn't have enough staff, so we ordered our drink at the beginning of the dinner and we already finished the meal and didn't get the drink. I told to one of the waiters to cancel the drink order and he didn't do nothing so we should to go to the reception to ask to cancel it. Fortunatelly they did it. It wasn't a staff's fault, the hotel should to have enough people for the busy periods.

Voordelen:: Ontbijt was erg goed. Mooi ruim hotel. Animatie team is echt top! Zeker voor de kinderen. Er zijn 2 zwembaden, waarvan 1 alleen voor volwassenen. Fijn voor de afwisseling. De kamer is niet heel groot, maar met zijn 2’en meer dan goed. Elke dag top schoonmaak. Er is ook een mooie spa binnen. Parkeren (wij hadden een auto) kan erg makkelijk in de straat van het hotel. Personeel is (bijna allemaal) erg vriendelijk. Diner vonden wij iets qua kwaliteit minder, maar ook prima te doen.

Nadelen:: Tijdens het diner worden de drankjes opgenomen aan tafel. Vaak duurde dit erg lang. Ligbedden bij het zwembad mogen absoluut niet gerserveerd worden van het hotel, maar toch doen mensen het alsnog.. Het hotel is heel erg op duitsers gericht. Voor ons was dit totaal geen probleem, maar misschien wel handig om te vermelden voor anderen (met evt. kids). Ook Cala Ratjada is overheersend Duits.

Voordelen:: Good selection of food and good quality. Good coffee. Renovated and clean rooms and corridors. Nice swimming pool. Market nearby. On pictures, hotel facades were yellowish, but in fact it is now all white - which in my own opinion is better and looks good.

Nadelen:: Very small lifts in the buildings. While rooms renovated, bathrooms seem to be old with kind of old taps...although the bathroom still looks good. Food wise, as a suggestion - for pregnant woman and for people with allergies - would be great to place a bit more description of what is in the food or potential allergens.

Voordelen:: Old fashioned hostal well located. Close to little supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom very clean. Nice size pool with sun beds & umbrellas. Excellent breakfast apart from coffee. One can borrow beach parasols. Will stay again.

Nadelen:: Like most properties in Spain walls are not the thickest so you can hear noise. But it was really not bad. The coffee is from a machine and tastes a lot of instant.

Nadelen:: Rather dark room, basically no view from the window. No air conditioning. Plates for the breakfast were so tiny, that you needed at least three...

Voordelen:: The position it's perfect, really close to the harbor and the center. The view from the rooms was really nice and everything was really clean. The breakfast was also great, complete with both salty and sweet stuffs.

Nadelen:: In the high season it's a bit difficult to find a parking

Voordelen:: Friendly staff, comfortable cozy room, swimming pool had a comfortable temperature, I loved the whole atmosphere in the hostal. Also very convenient to rent a parasol for free. Extensive breakfast with quality coffee. I'd come back.

Nadelen:: I don't know if all beds are the same but the bed in my 1p room was quite short. For me with 1.70m I closely fit in. With taller people could be uncomfortable.

Voordelen:: The owner is an amazing German lady, she is very helpful, funny and nice to talk with. The beds are comfortable, the room is very clean. The location couldn't be any better, it's 10 mins walk from the beach, and right in the middle of everything. For such service. I think the price is more than reasonable.

Nadelen:: No Air Conditioner I would like more options in the breakfast, eggs for example.

Voordelen:: I really enjoyed my stay at the Alfonso hotel. The location is ideal, the staff very friendly and the services (room and breakfast) met our expectations. Definitely recommended

Voordelen:: This was my second time in Hostal Alfonso. The lady, who is running the hotel kindly upgraded my room. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Cala Ratjada, with a walking distance to both beach and nightlife spots. The room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

Nadelen:: Absence of air-condition, which is partially compensated by a fan.

Voordelen:: Good breakfast, very friendly staff, modern and comfortable room, very clean.

Nadelen:: The room would be a bit better with AC instead of fan, but other than that it was a great stay!

Voordelen:: The hotel has a really good location in my opinion. It's central yet quiet. All the beaches are max. 15min. walk from it. What I liked the most is that it is fully refurbished. The bathroom is really nice. There is a frame of LED lights lights around the mirror. Breakfast is good. I would love to back again. At last but not the least the price paid for the stay was really good too and I was getting a value for it. Actually there is no 24h reception at the hotel and I had to arrange it by messaging to the Hotel but this way I was able to check in earlier.

Voordelen:: Great hostel, clean and comfortable. Mostly used by german people from what we understood. Staff spoke great english in contrast to other places we stayed in spain which made things much easier and smoother. Only a few minutes walk from the beach! Would come back.

Voordelen:: It was a pleasant experience, friendly staff, clean and cozy room. A big highlight was the location (about seven minutes from the beach, ten minutes from the supermarket) and the food (had half-board) - rich breakfast buffet and tasty dinners (including starter and a dessert), even had live music and grill on Friday evening.

Nadelen:: There were just a few details hampering our comfort : no ac nor fan, there wasn't a fridge in our room either, the bathroom sink was very small so often it was impossible to use it without splashing water on the ground.

Voordelen:: The hotel is a family-run business and the staff there were so friendly! Although they spoke only a teeny bit of English, they were still very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast spread was quite nice too, with various cheese, chorrizo, and salami to start the day. As long as you can find your way around on the bus, the hotel was very easy to access from Palma Airport!

Voordelen:: Very friendly staff it must be said. Terrific bed, water pressure excellent, temperature of water easy to control. Breakfast was very good but the coffee is not great. Terrific location if you want to visit Cala Ratjada.
