Very clean as soon as you walk in, smelled clean! The city view was perfect, free WiFi & the staff was amazing at check in/check out. Quick & great customer service.

I really like this hotel, and they always treat me well.

They have returned to charging the $25/night "destination fee," which is ridiculous given that the restaurant is closed due to covid, and nobody is traveling to Boston these days to ride the tourist trolley. It just equates to an increase in room rate.

They charged $57.00 of my deposit, I called to hotel and they do not said why the reason for the take my money . This is insane , I leave the room cleaning, I arrived at hotel 10 pm and check out in another day .

Absolutely perfect location, room, bed, lobby, housekeeping, spacious, amenities, everything was perfect.

They did not provide complementary water unless requested. There is no place to get real food at the hotel. There is a small dining area but its premade food. For example, there were very limited breakfast options for vegetarians. There was a bagel with egg cheese and bacon. The items are premade, and the best they could do was remove the bacon that was already inside the bagel. A vegetarian would still not be able to eat it since the bagel already touched the bacon.

Staff was friendly and made good recommendations for restaurants that offer delivery. The room was nice and had a great view of the skyline.

Beverages were expensive—we walked to a nearby CVS the second day. The other end of our floor near the elevators smelled like pot smoke for most of our visit.

Parking is unreasonably expensive. 2 - 12 hours, $38 or $40 a day. Price starts over if you leave and come back during the day.

Price was great, room was great. Just everything about it was perfect.

TV could have been a smart tv with apps like Netflix, Hulu or Youtube. Would rather watch something on their than actual live tv.

Everything was great. I liked that a microwave was provided. Also, I was impressed with the channels that were provided; I didn't think I was gonna be able to watch anything other than the news.

I wasn't a fan that there wasn't any discount on the parking lot for hotel guests, but it's hard times now, so I guess I'm cool with it.

Its hard because of Covid one doesn't get to use the facilities as one would as in pre-virus. Staff is wonderful. Very professional, friendly, respond immediately to guest needs and housekeeping checking to see if I needed anything. Of course the location to downtown - fabulous. I hope everyone can survive this virus and we can get up and running to full potential 🙏

The room was a wonderful size.

Having to pay 40$ a day for parking is a bit much. I left my car in for a day and a half and had to pay 78$. In total the parking was 118$ my entire stay. They should really work on that maybe coordinate with the parking garage for a discounted rate.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. But be aware Boston is very pricey to park your car. Apx $40 for 24 hours. Meter parking is apx $2 for one hour

The only 2 things I could say is, parking was an extra $120 for keeping our car throughout our stay on top of the hotel cost which parking should be free for guests in my opinion spending all the money for the rooms. Also people were dealing drugs outside

It was within walking distance of a whole lot of stuff. Boston Common, Chinatown, and more. It's right next door to the Downtown Crossing T station and a 5-7 minute walk from South Station to catch a Silver Line bus to the airport

Because of the precautions for Covid they are only cleaning the rooms on the 4th day of your stay. For me that meant nothing the entire stay since I was only there 3 nights. I had a bunch of trash I would have liked emptied.if nothing else. Unacceptable.

Comfy beds and clean room located easy walks from Boston Common Faneuil Hall and so much of the tourist stops we wanted to see. Salvatore's was a decent restaurant right across the street.

Staff was very helpful and kind. After taking a red eye they were able to accommodate us on an early check in. Hotel and rooms were clean. Beds were comfy too. AND it's close to everything/walking distance.

That breakfast is not included with the price tag of the room breakfast should be complementary. Parking under the hotel should be priced accordingly and have a special pricing for hotel residents.

Room was immaculate and newly renovated. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for my late check in. I am from the area and stayed overnight to avoid public transit issues on the morning of an important meeting. I would definitely stay there again!
