The opulence & sense of grandeur

breakfast was very good, wide variety, plenty of waiters happy to help

the fine dinning was not as good as we hoped for and expensive

Breakfast excellent, location - excellent, staff - professional and very friendly

The only thing I did not like was that refrigerator was not actually cooling but heating. I asked to fix the problem or change it but it was not done. All the rest was fine.

I love this hotel! The rooms are beautifully furnished, the beds are absurdly comfortable and the hotel interior itself is just so stunning it’s almost unbelievable. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.
