The pool can now only be used when there is a lifeguard on duty (which is good) but the timings are way off. On this occasion it was between 12.00 and 14.00 when most people are at lunch! 14.00 to 16.00 would have been much better.

The food is good, we had full board. The breakfast was alright. But the lunch & dinner were very good, its buffet style but the chef made sure they are different. Good value for money. The location is so good, the bus stop just outside the hotel, one bus to Malaga city. So close to the beach. At the bacny of my hotel room I could still hear sea waves.

Great food variety, a lot of different fish every evening, plenty of fruit and meat, sweets and a rich breakfast. Really close to the beach amd the bus stop and at a walking distance from the centre. All in all, good value for money.

The bathroom had a dump smell and the walls were rather dirty, with prints on them and really thin. Some linens were ripped .

fab location/hotel and room very clean/staff kind/food was plentiful- if a little of a scrum to get some at busy times=quantity rather than quality but reflective of the price so it was ok

the restaurant was having a refurb which we did not know about until we arrived,and to get into it we+ had to go outside and walk through to the fire exit which was badly planned and very cold /wet during the storm and poor weather this week,there were often no tables free and it was chaos at times.

The breakfast and a dinner was great with different meals. The room was well equiped and enough spacious for us. I was delighted with the heating. There were bingo and night shows every night. We took part in just one, but it was really entertaining. The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel was near to the bus station and next to the beach. Our room looked for the sea. It was great,

The sound-proofing is not so good. Little bit noisy, but we would go back even so.

Lots of choice at mealtimes. And also fresh fruit at every meal. Excellent value for money. Healthy eating made easy, but also sweets and puds. if you want to indulge. Basic English channels BBC and ITV would be excellent. But overall great value and in a great area with easy access to buses, taxis and train.

As before a few more English tv channels would be fantastic.

Excellent location, very helpfull staff. Gave us also a baby crib so we could stay at this place with our 9 month old daughter. Goow views from the balcony. Although catering is not great, the value/price ratio is very good.

Nothing really much. The place is obviously not designated for a stay with a 9-month old, but there are baby chairs in the canteen and it possible to get a crib. The lifts are somewhat narrow.

We went as a group of 14 and because they messed our bookings up on check in as we checked out they told us one room hadn’t been paid when we all did at different rates which is where the problem was after been threatened with the police and after our constant telling them we’d all paid they realised one of the rooms was short €31 but no apology was forth coming

The hotel was good. It's very close to the beach or any bus stop. The staff very kind and polite. Everybody speaking english, what is very good. The food was also perfect.

Improve the parking system. I think it's very old and wierd thing to show some paper with my info to the camera to let me in the parking plot. Why they don't register my car number and open automaticly when I arrive at the gate. I don't get it.

Prijs kwaliteit. We hadden niet veel betaald maar verwachten dan ook niet veel. Eten was er genoeg en verschillend.

Eten was wat koud. Zwembad ijskoud. Jong personeel was vriendelijk oudere echt niet. Veel lawaai van andere kamers. Er zaten ook veel kleine beestjes op de kamer.
