Holiday World Premium Hotel

Ontbijt was in buffetvorm, maar zeer uitgebreid, voor ieder wat wils. Zeer ruime kamers, met leuk terras. Spa met binnenzwembad was zeer proper, en niet te overvol.

De bedden waren redelijk aan de harde kant. Het gebruik van het binnenzwembad was redelijk duur (10€ per uur pp), wij hadden slecht weer, dus wel enkele keren gebruik van gemaakt.

The resort itself is beautiful and has great facilities

Staff were rude on multiple occasions and upset my toddler which impacted our holiday in a negative way. They told us we couldn’t have a boat in the pool it was for rubber rings only, bare in mind the inflatable boat was less than half the size of the rings which was really upsetting having to explain to a 2 year old they can’t use it. When we booked we wasn’t aware that the splash park wouldn’t be doing food on the last few day’s of our holiday and when we queried it they looked at us like we were thick and saud well it’s there on your check in information. I asked to book a picnic meal to take over and they said you can’t take food from here over there! I found this extremely poor. Especially when all they sold at the splash park was hot dogs or pizza. They had also ran out of a lot of The ice creams. We saw a number of toddlers crying over this. Was very disappointing.

Lovely hotel and staff but I was disappointed that it was not clear from the booking that I was not at the holiday village which is what I was led to believe I was booking.
