Lekkere ruime kamer /appartement, goed uitzicht.

Het animatie team, kon niet goed inspelen op behoefte van de gasten. Toen ik te gast was, was het niet druk en veel mensen op oudere leeftijd gewoon behoefte aan rust en dan toch een ghettoblaster keihard aanknallen! Gevraagd of t een tikkeltje zachter kon kreeg ik zelfs een snauw van de aquarobic dame..

Locatie, hygiëne en klantvriendelijk

Lovely apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped bathroom. Plenty of things to do for the kids - mostly free. Lovely reception staff

- The reception staff worked really hard and in multiple languages - but there are not enough of them - The kitchenette was very poorly equipped. If you are planning on self-catering you will have to buy extra stuff. - The hard-sell tactics of the Birds of Prey on our last night left a bad taste. The show is a bit rushed and superficial, with all effort concentrated on getting you to pay for very expensive photos with the birds. It is not made clear that there is a charge until well after the pictures have been taken, and you don;t get to see the photos before buying. And, of course, you are not allowed to take your own photos. Hard to refuse though, when kids are keen.
