Good location for me

King size bed was a king mattress on two smaller frames...saggy. Construction right above me most every afternoon. Some staff forgetful about requests. Tough to get ice. Very thin walls...doors slamming constantly. No shower curtains?? Bathroom floor wet. Tired look to room.

Good central location with clean comfortable rooms. Rooms are a good size for a family and the inclusion of a kitchenette is a bonus. Good selection of both hot and cold food at breakfast buffet.

Dining room too small for number of guests. Queue often formed at peak times although staff did their best to accommodate.

The staff was not friendly and helpful often. the reception staff was treating us like we were really troubling them by staying at the hotel. I have never seen a hotel with staff that is not smiley and friendly as this. as for the room, we initially ordered a triple room, but when we arrived it turned out that they have put only two bed in a double room and then added an extra bed to our room. and indeed the room was too small for a triple room and we payed for it a price of triple room, when it should have been double room price with extra bed. it was really annoying. and the room smelled really bad after the cleaning.

The personnel from the hotel were kind and helpful. The hotel was in a good neighborhood, although a bit far from the center (half an hour by feet). The connection is good though (train round the corner, metro on 5min distance) The rooms were good size. I would reccomend the hotel if the price per night was lower (you expect more from this price category and 4 stars).

The toilet was with moldy corners which is a shame for a 4 star hotel. The shower was also not very clean. The wall isolation in the hotel was bad so you can hear the noise from the lift and the other guests. The facilities in the kitchen were also not perfect (small fridge, old pan...).
