Het ontbijt was heerlijk in een prachtige sfeervolle ruimte en het personeel is stijlvol maar toch hip gekleed en ontzettend vriendelijk.

Excellent location & extreme comfort: just few steps from the busy red light district and dam square but the hotel is quit and comfortable regardless of the hustle and bustle going in the neighborhood Once u reach ur hotel lobby, u get into another world Friendly helpful staff with a big smile A bit pricey but worth it

Comfortable bed. Staff excellent. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Flower displays in lobby very attractive.
The constant repeated TV hotel advertisement in the so called relaxing Library. The dirge music in the lobby which could be heard in the library. The chairs in the Library are not comfortable especially for older persons. A number of features in the bedroom and the bathroom are not practical ( sink & lights and lack of surface space I.e restricted desk) but as they are no doubt 'design led' they would not be!
