Reception manager helpful and flexible about the location of our bungalow: first was too close to pool; second bungalow towards the back and higher up the ground suited us better. Stayed half-pension, breakfast and dinner were ok. Dinner drinks were extra, but not too expensive. Pool was nice: shallow part for children, no scramble for lounge chairs and towels. Best part: Kinderanimation (children's entertainment)! Animation team primarily German, but they also engaged with English- and Spanish-speaking children. Our 5-year old loved it: when not swimming, he was at supervised play room or grounds; and 'Kinderdisco' every night. We bought their CDs so our son can sing and dance to the Animation music at home.

Most cakes for buffet dessert pretty much tasted the same, after a week of eating at the restaurant.
